Do not buy a vehicle from this dealer! The sales person made rude and inappropriate comments about the size of my wife and claimed I “misheard” him. If you are a strong female do not spend your money here!

Not trustworthy!!!

Had our E-350 in for warranty as well as needed repairs. Also asked for an inspection while the vehicle was there. While they stuck to the estimate for repairs, they performed work (tires $900, wiper blades $82 each) supposedly needed for the inspection without ever notifying us! They just want your money one way or another! Don’t trust them!

The service is the worst and save yourself the aggravation. Try Smail automotive, all our neighbors in Cranberry Twp now go there for superior service. We have owned Mercedes for many years. I am still uncertain how Rahal stays in business.

Mr. Pierce: We are sorry to have received this review. You brought your 2012 GLS with over 220,000 miles, requesting a State Inspection due to another shop not passing it. We did the necessary repairs to pass your State requirements. You brought the vehicle back and noticed your A/C was not cooling (unrelated to any repairs we completed for PA inspection), and we provided a quote to repair it. You were unhappy about the fact this happened and felt it should be paid 100% by Mercedes-Benz or the dealership. Your vehicle had a factory warranty; though that expired, we offered to work with you on pricing. You rejected any revised quotes and took your vehicle out of our shop. Please call me if we could have done anything better, as we are always continuously improving, but in this case, while an unexpected repair may be unwelcoming news, we find it difficult for you to review us negatively as we simply diagnosed the issue. The Air was working 100% and never had an issue, while your mechanic caused the issue. The same thing happened to neighbors, just bad business.

On my fourth car from Bobby Rahal.

On my fourth car from Bobby Rahal. Have worked with Salespeople Kabby, Sandy, and Zach; Crystal, Dan and Dave in Service. My experience has always been excellent. They are all responsive and reliable. There have been some strange situations (e.g. fire on ship transporting new car from Germany, glass roof shattered by road debris) and they have always gone over and above expectations to make the situation right. Highly recommended.

Dealer followed up with me as I responded that the car I was looking for had sold - he said it may have been at another dealer - we still have this vehicle. Good for him as I test drove the next day and purchased. Knowledgeable, professional, courteous, transparent, great customer service.

If you decided to purchase a Mercedes Benz, go to Bobby Rahal in Wexford and ask for Kris Kurtz. Kris knows Mercedes Benz and comfortably walks you through the process. No pressure, he just deals in facts. It was a pleasure working with Kris on our purchase of a new C 300. Could not be happier with our experience with Kris.
