Painless

Baierl Toyota Service Department took me without an appointment, which I appreciated. Helpful, thorough, and friendly. They did not force me to buy any repairs I didn't need. I would not hesitate to use them again.

Good buying experience

We appreciated the way we were treated as soon as we entered the showroom. The receptionist asked how she could direct us. The salesman Dave Kaufmann was extremely knowledgeable and is truly an asset to your company. He is a pleasure to work with.

Friendly Staff and ease of purchase. Great Truck !

Friendly Staff and ease of purchase. They went completely out of their way to locate a truck for me to make a comparison with. We really were appreciative.

Fast, Friendly Service

I always have my 1 year old son with me and my wait is never longer than expected. Staff at the desk is friendly and fast.

Getting better but not quite there yet.

The service department was able to get me in to their busy schedule last minute and take care of my 10k service in a reasonable amount of time.

Great service!

I had a problem with my paper work and the service manager quickly resolved it without hesitation or inconvenience, it was a pleasure doing business there!

The ease of having transportation from/to my home from the dealer so I don't have to wait or worry about someone having to pickup me up/take to dealer.

Great service

Fast and informative. I love the fact the mechanic came out and talked to me. He was able to explain what he did and why. The gentalmen that checked me in and out was professional and informative.

Baerl Toyota

Jake was a nice kid - he drove me home then picked me up. Quiet but respectful. Thanks Jake! There were some things on the form they handed me that seemed incorrect. They explained it and said they were 'automatically put on' but maybe that should be changed. Only one man kind of made me feel kind of like a bother. All the other people who helped me couldn't be nicer and more kind. Thank you!
