Easy to work with folks

Friendly and efficient staff. Made an appointment for my car having just arrived from Tucson AZ. Efforts made to get the paperwork on line from my local dealership. All work and recommendations explained.

honest service, reasonable cost for a dealership, truck was kept clean. Missy got me right in on an last minute appointment.

Extremely friendly and no pressure sales approach

The dealer was willing to work out the best deal and went out of their way to assist with navigating through all the factory offers and rebate programs

Great sale with no pressure

No pressure and straight to the point. staff was great. salesman extremely knowledgeable. Will not hesitate to refer this dealership to friends.

Great experience.

Comfortable and no pressure from sales staff. Very thorough in answering all of my questions. Gave honest answers about other models.

Great Experience

Had a great experience at Baierl purchasing a new Toyota Highlander during an upgrade event. I wasn't planning on buying a new one but when a few key factors aligned, it just made sense. I came prepared with all the details and the salesman was open, honest and transparent which is much appreciated in any business environment. My wife and I have had two pleasant experiences that last few years purchasing from Baeirl and because of that, we will be back for many years to come.

Put at ease

From the moment I walked in the door, my needs were catered to. The process of buying a car can be lengthy and painful, and while I did find myself there for awhile, it was far from painful. Keith was very personable and easy to talk to, and I found myself trusting him right away, which I feel is a vital part of the car buying experience. Also was very impressed with Chelsea and her handling of my inquiry from email to the showroom. I was immediately comfortable, which was very important for me as a first time car buyer.

Speedy and friendly service

The service technicians were very attentive and friendly. Joshua D. was amazing! He kept us well informed on when my vehicle would be finished and gave us a lot of pointers on how to keep up with my vehicle maintenance. Big thank you to him for squeezing us in.
