While searching for a Prius Two, I negotiated via email with Steven Eicke. I found him to be courteous and professional. He kept in touch via email as I negotiated between dealers for a price. He gave me a great offer and I would have taken it but they didn't have the car I wanted in stock. I went with the dealer who had it. I highly recommend Darcars Silver Spring and Steve Eicke!

the employees was very informative about the car. Mr. Phan ability to speak vietnamese tremendously help in explaining what the car is all about. also he was very patient with us getting our paper work out and give us solution to whatever the problem we have. he also give us all the offer that is available at the time. one offer that we take is the 5 years maintenance that cost about 1000 dollars. we just want to say that we appreciate his help and his patient. Also another person that we want to thank is mr. Desouza. we were having difficulty about our decision to either buy the car or not. he was able to give us a flexible payment and finally convince us to buy the car.

Working with Rod Durden to make my purchase for me and my growing family was great. When we stopped by the Darcars Toyota dealership, we had no intention to buy Toyota Camry. However, Alex convinced us otherwise, and we are now extremely happy with the decision. Not only that Alex is very friendly, and helpful, but he is also knowledgeable about the cars he sells. He took his time to explain all the features of the car. It was a pleasure to deal with Alex. Very dishonest dealership that uses the knowledge of the delay in CARFAX reports to their advantage by being deceptive to customers. Overall, the worst company you can ever do business with period. Take your money and move the opposite direction.
