I had a great experience purchasing my new Prius c from Rod Durden at DARCARS in Silver Spring. After having been to many other car dealerships during my search, I was happy to find such professionalism and courtesy at DARCARS. This was certainly the best car buying experience we have had ever! Our sales person Alexandr Klopouch was by far the most professional and knowlegeble car dealer we ever met. He showed a great deal of enthusiasm about the product --- and for good reason! The quality and price were negotiated in timely and most efficient and manner. Another person truly worth of mention in most positive light was Wahab Lodin --- the Financial Services Manager: very knowlegable and readily available to answer any questions possible in regard to financing the vechicle. Everyone worked like well tuned instrument in order to make the deal happen. Greeted by General Manger Ethan Rossignol, the deal signed off by Sales Man. Wayne Ramsaran in person left no unanswered questions. At the end of the day --- we got the right car for the right kind of money!

For a first time buyer I didn't know what to expect. But with the help of Rod Durden and Rodney Dennis they made the process and the experience a great one. The customer service was great as well as their knowledge for the questions I had. I highly recommend the Darcars Toyota of Silver Spring and BOTH gentleman.

We contacted 41 dealerships in the Virginia/Maryland area for the best out the door price for a 3rd Generation Prius 3 model. About 20 dealers responded. DARCARS had the best price, so we drove from Virginia Beach to Sliver Spring, Maryland to pick up our Sea Glass Prius yesterday, I love the color with misty gray interior. It was washed and given a full tank of gas and we were headed home! Averaged 56.3/MPG Rod helped me program the Navigation for Home and program my Blue tooth but, my cheap little pay as you go phone is not bluethooth ready! He was wonderful and so helpful, we will recommended Rod and the dealership to our friends.

i ahd a great experience they treated me as if i was the only customer in the delaership. the car was great the price was great and the people were great.

My husband and I had a wonderful experience with Steven Eicke at Darcars. After lots of research Darcars answered the remainder of our questions and with no pressure or back and forth haggling sold us the car we wanted at a really great price.
