Excelent customer service!

Jon and Keyri were very helpful with our trade in, selection, and financing. We are not experienced car buyers but we felt very listened to. Happy with our new Civic, and sure that someone will love our former CRV!

Be careful of this dealership the salesman lie I was told

Be careful of this dealership the salesman lie I was told when I bought my 2021 Honda pilot that I would get a oil change and car inspection for as long as I had the car. That was a lie. I did not get free oil change for the life of a car. In fact, I was charged over $60 for a simple oil change.

Mr. Wilson, Thank you for your business. Our policy in 2021 was to include the first year of oil changes (maximum of 3) as well as lifetime VA State Inspections as long as you own the vehicle. I did pull the documents from your car deal and noticed you had signed our WE-Owe confirming this policy. I apologize for any confusion. On another note, your vehicle requires 0-20 weight synthetic oil. I believe if you shop around, you will find our pricing to be extremely competitive.
