I recently took my Honda Accord in for service and an oil change etc. Randy Cadima was my advisor. I would like to commend Randy for his excellent communication skills. He was very attentive to my concerns and kept me informed of exactly what the service crew were doing and how long it would take. I really appreciated his knowledge and and attention to detail. People like Randy Cadima make taking your car in for service much less of an ordeal. Thank you to Randy and everyone at BP Honda!

Shady business
They do shady business. I bought a BMW 335i and they give me engine and transmission warranty. Last week my car valve cover gasket went bad. I called them and they said if your engine or transmission stop working then we will cover under warranty. Otherwise, You are by your own.

Dishonest mechanic/servicer
Came here for service as my car was having a transmission fluid leak. Was told they can fix it for a quoted price (~$500)...so I agree and left my car to give them time. At the end of the day, they call me and tell me they did the fix but there may be another issue that may also be contributing to the leak and it would cost another $300 and would need to be done the next day (I had dropped my car off in the early AM) since they would need to order it. There would also be an upcharge since the part would be non-OEM (didn't quite understand why this was the case)...I agreed since I just wanted to be done with this. The next day when I pick up my car, I asked to see the damaged part that needed replacing (they told me they couldn't find it but here was a picture). As I'm driving around, I notice that my engine starts making a weird revving sound as if there is a delay in the transmission when slowing down. I take the car to a local mechanic to confirm I'm not going crazy and there is something not right - he tells me to take it back to the dealer. I then take the car back to the dealer and they tell me they did not find a problem and were unable to replicate the concern...but for some reason, afterwards my car stopped making weird sounds. Whole experience reeked of "mechanic takes advantage of consumer", and to make it better, "mechanic screws up the repair, customer notices something is wrong, so mechanic gaslights consumer and fixes the problem".
