This was my husband and I second time buying a car but

This was my husband and I second time buying a car but first together so it was a special moment for us. That said Big Will took great care of us with 0 pressure to buy despite taking him on 4 different test drives. Overall wonderful experience with unlimited soda so that was a PLUS! Thanks Will!

WORST experience with Brian and Steve.

WORST experience with Brian and Steve. I try to contact them over 10 times. No response. I call and talk to Brian. He says they emailed and sends an unsent email as his proof. He says they called but I have no missed calls or messages. He texts while I am talking to him and it comes thru immediately. I give him the same offer I gave via email which is $400 off of list price. He counters with an offer that is MORE than the online price and is a total only. I request the breakdown of car, tax, title, fees. He never sends it. I don’t know what is going on but it is shady.
