Great car-buying experience

Just purchased a 2023 Buick Encore GX. Salesman - Mike Barnes was one of the most customer-friendly sales persons I have encountered in over 50 years of car buying. Very professional but also very personable and willing to help in any way he could. Highly recommend asking for him when you visit the dealership. Had a special request the next day and my business manager, Tripp Cook followed though immediately to help. Thanks again for that.

Great service

I took 2017 Cadillac CTS for engine light. They were wonderful and explained everything. I would definitely recommend and would buy another car from this dealership. John was great!

Took my car in bc of check engine light and they told me

Took my car in bc of check engine light and they told me they don't have the tools to work on a Hyundai and handed me a broke off screw and told me to be careful driving the car and I should go to an actual Hyundai dealership with the possibility of my high pressure fuel pump barley hanging on. I even bought the piece of crap car from them!!! Worst dealership ever!!!!!

I am very sorry to hear that your experience at Mayse was not completely positive. This is not the norm, as we take customer satisfaction very seriously here at Mayse. It is never our intention for a customer to leave the dealership with a negative impression of how we do business. We did highly recommend the car be towed. In most cases, we can work on a Hyundai, but we needed special tools to fix the issue. Again, I am very sorry that your perception of our store was not a positive one, and I hope that in the future you are willing to give us another chance to prove our commitment to customer care.

Upfront pricing & loved how fast the process was. Drew had the car ready as soon as I arrived. Appreciated their time & they appreciated mine.

Best place to purchase a Jeep Gladiator

We had a great experience at Mayse Automotive. Are salesman Drew was knowledgeable and very helpful. Matt in finance was great! Gave us all the information about warranty coverage and more!!! Best vehicle buying experience ever!!! Recommend them to anyone looking for a vehicle! And they keep their prices fair!!!!!!

We made a purchase after seeing the cars online

We made a call to Mike Barnes, after we’d seen the cars online, and he made the car purchase very easy and he made sure the cars I was coming to look at were going to be there for us, we were driving over 2 hours to shop there. And we purchased one of the cars

We were so impressed with our saleman Mike Barnes. He was like shopping for new car with a friend instead of a salesman. Mike was very helpful and NEVER pushy. He helped us when we were looking and was amazing when we made the purchase. If you seriously want a NO PRESSURE, down to earth person to help , ask for Mike Barnes.
