Service experience

Service advisor Dave Lamberson met me promptly at the service area entrance. Had my appointment details readily available and let me know in writing of other items that were needed for my 13 year old pickup. Also offered to take me some where for lunch as my list of service details was lengthy and as an out of towner I was in Mayse waiting room until the work was complete. Received a thorough list of the work that was done as well as suggested future maintenance items. Very professional. Future maintenance items will be here

Satisfied Customer

This was our 4th experience at Mayse Automotive. Everyone we encountered was very friendly and professional. Our salesperson this visit was Kelby. He was so helpful with all aspects of the process. We bought a pre-owned Ford T-bird and a question was raised about the removable hardtop and the rag top. He had not had any experience in this process so he looked it up on YouTube and then helped us with actually removing the hardtop and putting down the rag top. All aspects of the paperwork and finalizing the deal went smoothly.

Highly recommend Maude!

Mike was kind and helpful from first greeting through the sale of the vehicle. The entire transaction was seamless and with no pressure. Very easy. Even delivered for us!

Very good experience

Mayer provided fast, courteous & efficient service. Text confirmation of appointment is much appreciated. There is a comfortable waiting area while they did recall work on our Tahoe.
