Just looking for a new car

it was getting to be time for a new car. we decided to start by going to Aurora to see what Mayse had available and to visit the ford dealer. we were at the very beginning of this venture and were not planning to buy. We found ourselves on the used car lot and were approached by John Ellis. We told him we were actually looking for a new car and he told us where to go to see the new vehicles. As we walked around the lot we decided we wanted to look at the used Equinox we saw and went back and found John. We test drove 2 cars and decided to buy one that day. John was knowledgeable without being pushy. Finance with Tripp went quickly and smoothly. We felt we got a fair deal for our trade. My son has bought cars at Mayse in the past and was always satisfied. We were pleased with the entire experience and will recommend this dealership to any of our friends looking for a vehicle.

Repeat, Repeat buyer

My family has bought no less than 6 vehicles from Mike, he has been a really great salesman and friend. We will continue to buy from Mike and will always refer him to all our family and friends. Happy with my purchase of a new Traverse

This was our second vehicle purchased from this dealership and the sales and dealership staff are courteous, knowledgeable and professional. They made sure that we were pleased with our purchase. We will definitely be back when we are ready for our next vehicle.

A little disappointed this time.

I have always been very pleased with the service I have received from Mayes Autumotive. They always do good work. In past years if they had to keep my car overnight or longer they would give me a loaner vehicle and in some instances picked up and returned my car to me. This time they did neither. I live 36 miles from their shop, I had to find someone to follow me both ways in order to have me car worked on. The work they did was great but a big inconvience for me.

Full service oil change and tire rotation, 2005 GMC 2500

Professional, courtious, efficient, knowledgeable, prompt, service at a very reasonable price! I bought my truck from Mayse two years ago, and have had it serviced there ever since I bought it!

Top of the line

Fast,friendly service center and quick.sales and finance department are top notch.in the past dealt with other firms,Mayes will alwayalways be my first stop when auto shoping.other dealership are half the distance, but for my family it will be Mayse in aurora.

Best Car Buying Experience

This was by far my best car buying experience I've ever had. I went in knowing the exact car I wanted, and Duell was great at answering any and all of my many questions. Duell made sure I was able to learn more about the vehicle I was looking into as well as cheaper options so that he knew what I was looking to buy was really what I wanted. I still purchased the more expensive option that I originally went for, but it made me feel good to know that he offered me cheaper options and packages on the same type of car to make sure I knew all the features I was paying for and whether I really wanted them or not. I've never been in such a low pressure, really no pressure, car buying experience. Duell was such a help and so down to earth and helpful. Rob B in the financing department was also great to work with. I was able to get a payment lower than expected and added some features to keep my car looking and running like new for years to come. Overall amazing experience. I will be back and send others!!

good car dealership

Won't negotiate . bought a $50,000 truck. pay the price or hit the road. wouldn't even throw in a set of running boards. Salesman was very helpful was johnny on the spot to get my accessories put on. Finance took forever.

Warranty Service

Checked issue for failed radio/clock/turn signal sound after these had not working for 1.5+ hours before returning to normal working mode. Replaced radio unit per GMC once replacement received on a different date - provided another vehicle for use while installation and updates performed to system.
