Another smooth and easy car purchase.our salesman

Our salesman is real easy to talk to and explains all questions we had and doesn't try to push us into buying auto that you looked at or test drove.salesman made us feel real comfortable thru the whole process.The finance guy was excellent thru his process for us.we won't buy car from any other auto dealerships.

Lost my remote and kay.

You provided me excellent service in getting the above items replaced. You have an excellent waiting room and friendly employees. John Kieny was wonderful with whom to deal when Mrs. Kerr and I brought the car in February.

Best car buying experience we've ever had!

Everyone was very friendly and made us feel welcome. The process was very smooth, and never felt frustrating or overwhelming. Kelby and Jeff were awesome and very easy to work with. We will absolutely refer others to Mayse for their future car purchases!

We Bought A New GMC

We were told to check out Maize from my wife's father. We looked on line and saw your amazing prices! We stated that we were interested in more information and Steve called us immediately. We came down to visit your Car Dealership the following Monday. We were met in the parking lot and we were offered a test drive. We drove both vehicles and loved one better than the other due to the chrome and running lights, plus the luggage rack. The red color was appealing too! We followed Steve into his office and started the paper work. We met Jeff to finalized the deal. We drove off in the new vehicle hours later. Our only worry was getting the new vehicle in our small garage at home. Steve suggested that we should unscrew the antenna and store it in our vehicle and we followed his instructions. The vehicle fits perfectly! We were amazed that the new vehicle prices at Maize Automotive are cheaper than the used vehicles we looked at in our home town.

Yuk! Really going downhill

Bought many cars in the past but no more. Problems with sales, management and service. Title/lien problems! Watch out! They don't! Did not give me a proper lien release so I could not get vehicle titled and they kept telling me they did nothing wrong. Not reputable, stand up guys any more. I got the feeling they wanted to run me off. This problem may be going the legal route.

Amazing

It's was good. Sales man made us feel very welcome. Great experience .just took forever. Could be a little shorter in process of signing and getting approved. That was only thing. Just took a long time to actually get it.

First oil change

Service was very professional and courteous. Wait time was minimal considering the amount of customers. Very informative about the charges, which were $0 for this change, but concerning the oil change card we re'cd in the mail.
