Friendly, professional, careful work. Always eager to help. Work done in a timely fashion as agreed. Work done correctly without comebacks. Always answer my curious questions about the interconnected systems in my Silverado and Sandy's Cruze.

Great work

Someone hit my car in a parking lot after having it only 2 weeks. Its a brand new 2017 with less than 300 miles. I knew I had to have it professionally done. Jennings did a perfect job to keep my new car looking new. Thanks for the excellent body work pros. I'm a very satisfied customer. It was worth me paying the $500 deductible. Steve P.

Debbie, Mark, and Ken are AMAZING!!!!

I don’t know why I didn’t come here sooner. My Grandma has been buying cars here for over 40 or 50 years. I had a Tahoe that needed to be seen in the service department. I went to Ken and he took care of getting my truck in. Well, it turned out my truck had run it’s course. Which I was kind of expecting. Ken directed me to Debbie in sales and to say I didn’t have the best time with her would be a massive understatement. This girl knows her stuff and worked with us on a very tough situation. Her and Mark from finance did everything they could to get us in the car I wanted. Which is a 2019 Equinox. The team at Jennings is beyond anything I could have hoped for. I am definitely a customer for life and will direct anyone and everyone I can to you guys. I look forward to driving my car every chance I get. It makes my heart happy to have a Chevy from Jennings. Thank you so much for everyone involved and I hope you all enjoy your holidays! I’ll be seeing soon when I come for my first oil change!

Adel is the best!!

Terrible service

Treatment was sub-par: Service was unprofessional at best. Would not shop here again or recommend. This place has some wonderful employees. Others mistreat people

BAIT & SWITCH

Bait & Switch They wasted quite a bit of my time playing games. They agreed to beat the price of a quote I received from another dealership, they insisted everything was all set. I verified many times and was consistently lied to. I come in to sign and Surprise! They tried to hit me up for a payment that is $89.00 more! Their response? Oooops, our error & sorry. Apparently, they don't know how Chevy rebates work. That's it. I refused the deal with the outrageous lease payment. They deliberately lied to me to keep me out of the market and not get the other deal and switched everything up, literally the last minute. DO NOT BELIEVE a word they say and if you get a good deal somewhere take it. These folks think it's OK to lie to their customers. They kept me on the back burner just in case they did not meet their monthly quota, stretching out my lease process and when they hit their quota, they all of a sudden, could not match the deal they in writing, said they would. I will of course report this to the BBB and Atty General's office. Save yourself some time and go elsewhere.

My New Toy!

Debbie always takes excellent care of me and my family. She sold us our last car and was awesome. So when we were looking for another vehicle, of course I came looking for Debbie.
