Mena is one solid guy.

Mena is one solid guy. Very dependable and reliable. He helps and answers all questions before the purchase, during the purchase and even after the purchase. Danny the manager is also extremely helpful. Answers all questions to make you feel comfortable and at ease. He even recommended a nice little Italian restaurant for me to go to after my purchase. Great team to work with!

My experience was a 10 out of 10. Excellent customer service from salesman Jordyn Assisitng and make sure all my wants were meet in searching for the perfect van for me and my family, The financial department explained all in detail the transaction was smooth and I'm very Happy I choose Bill Kay in Downers Grove IL for my purchase. And I referred my cousin the same weekend and she purchased a vehicle and was as Happy as I was with the service.

Anthony greeted me in the parking lot and was friendly

Anthony greeted me in the parking lot and was friendly and professional. He quickly brought the car out that I wanted to see. Negotiations were very fair and the paperwork was done in a timely maner. I love my new/pre-owned HyundaiTucson. Thank you Anthony and the team! I'll see you again when I need my next vehicle.
