Brought my Fusion in for routine maintenance and to have the touchscreen display evaluated because it doesn't always like to start up when it's cold. Kim was great with keeping me updated on progress, and although the update they thought might correct the display issues didn't work, Kim was fantastic when I called back to try & fit something into my busy schedule and planning for transportation along with it. Very pleased!!!
