Unprofessional and unethical
Service advisor and manager both informed me that I need new rotors back and front and pad and that my cost will be $800 ,they also insisted and send the service manager to try to convince me. I walked out and went to another service center and they informed me that there is nothing that needs to be done. Klaben this is unethical especially that I bought my car from there , I am never going back. I was actually thinking of buying another car ! Never going back because I don’t know If i trust Klaben

Hello once again. I wanted to reach out one more time after our discussions. The repairs we recommended were to address the specific concern that you had. We should have presented it in a way that would have allowed you to make a more informed decision. Again, we failed to do that. As I said, if we had taken your vehicle in on trade, we would have completed the same repairs before offering it for resale. My Experience
I came to Klaben because Don Jacobs was referred by some of my friends as an honest and straight-forward person. I didn't work with Don, but rather with Louis Polos because Don was with other customers. Although I originally went to see Don and Louis showed us the cars while we waited, I ended up finishing the deal with Louis because I was comfortable dealing with him. I found Louis to be very helpful, humorous, and personable. What is more important - he was very honest. He asked us what we were looking for and showed us a Ford Escort that was a great deal even though we were looking at a less fitting model. It had everything we wanted and at a good price because it was marked down. We would have never even looked at that model if it wasn't for him, and I am so glad he did that for us. Louis gave us the entire history of the vehicle and went over every aspect of the features, warranty, etc. I knew more about that car than I did my own when he was done - no stone was left unturned in sharing the information. Just to put this in perspective, we just left another dealership that tried selling us a model that actually had frame damage. If it wasn't for a quick search online where we saw the vehicle report, we may have been suckered into buying it. Talk about day and night between our experience with them and Klaben. Used car buying is a scary experience - you need to know the dealer is reputable. I am grateful to Klaben for what they do and how they do it. The finance process - which is usually a shady transaction at some other dealerships - was also straight-forward, honest, and open. Jennifer is great to deal with and also quite personable. She even gave her experiences with the company, management, and ownership. After hearing some of her stories, I knew for a certainty this is the right place to be. The entire experience was exceptional from my point of view and would DEFINATELY recommend Klaben to others.

staff
The staff here is great, i was meet with a friendly greeting as soon as i walked into the showroom. My sales person was great, he took the time to make sure i knew everything about the suv I bought. He even followed up with a couple of phone calls to make sure everything was ok.

Great Experience - Sales & Service
First let me say that shopping for a new vehicle is one on my least favorite things to do. I had a lease that was up and had to decide on a new vehicle. I sent an email to Klaben regarding a Ford Explorer that I was interested in. Branden Johnson responded and was WONDERFUL to work with. He did everything he could to make it a great experience. He even brought the car to us so me and my husband could look at it together! Fantastic and friendly. Not at all pushy. I did have one small issue with the new car but it was taken care of promptly. Branden worked with me to set up a service call and tell me who to ask for when I arrived. I worked with Carli in service and she was just as great as Branden. Very helpful and efficient! Klaben is not the closest Ford dealership to me but I would use them again over others around my area. Thanks for a great experience!
