I worked with Paul Figueredo to buy my 2021 Toyota...

I worked with Paul Figueredo to buy my 2021 Toyota Tacoma. Initially, I was just browsing the website to see what was available, not fully intending to buy anything, but saw the truck and a fair price and contacted the dealership. Paul was quick to reach out and schedule a time for me to come in. He even went to the lot to physically make sure the truck was still available after our initial phone call, which I appreciated greatly. Paul was professional without being unfriendly, a great conversationalist, attentive, and very easy to work with. My overall experience here was 10/10, and I know that I'll not only come back for my next vehicle, but that I will make sure to recommend this dealership to anyone looking to buy a vehicle. Ps: ask Paul about his metal detecting findings! I enjoyed our conversation about the coins, buttons, shoe buckles, etc and MA history. The guy knows his stuff

Jerzy was honest, professional, straightforward, and...

Jerzy was honest, professional, straightforward, and attentive. One quality I liked is that he was the only salesperson in my age range (I'm 75), and I felt like he had an old-school attitude that helped us understand each other. Another thing I really appreciated is that he listened intently to what I wanted, what I needed, and what I was willing to pay, and then tried to give me everything I expressed to him. Jerzy also provided me with all the guidance and help I needed to get my new car processed, insured, and out the door in one day. For a guy like me who hates all the red tape with buying a car, he was the perfect agent. He anticipated everything that needed to be done and then helped me do it. I would recommend that everyone deal with Jerzy !

New vehicle owner

Jerzy Bielski was a very nice man. His respect for my wife and kids impressed me. He brought out multiple vehicles for us to test drive. It was a long day, but he was right there with us making sure everything was taken care of. Thank you sir.
