I worked with Paul Figueredo to buy my 2021 Toyota Tacoma. Initially, I was just browsing the website to see what was available, not fully intending to buy anything, but saw the truck and a fair price and contacted the dealership. Paul was quick to reach out and schedule a time for me to come in. He even went to the lot to physically make sure the truck was still available after our initial phone call, which I appreciated greatly. Paul was professional without being unfriendly, a great conversationalist, attentive, and very easy to work with. My overall experience here was 10/10, and I know that I'll not only come back for my next vehicle, but that I will make sure to recommend this dealership to anyone looking to buy a vehicle. Jerzy was honest, professional, straightforward, and attentive. One quality I liked is that he was the only salesperson in my age range (I'm 75), and I felt like he had an old-school attitude that helped us understand each other. Another thing I really appreciated is that he listened intently to what I wanted, what I needed, and what I was willing to pay, and then tried to give me everything I expressed to him. Jerzy also provided me with all the guidance and help I needed to get my new car processed, insured, and out the door in one day.
