Fantastic service that is consistently excellent
Fantastic service. A dealer isn't just about the sales experience; it's also about how they keep you happy after the sale. I had an issue with my 335i that was never before seen by myself (an automotive broker) or the service department. After changing plugs and coils (by myself and a master mechanic with whom I regularly work), the idle went to 6500 rpm. The team at Gengras methodically hunted down the issue. They kept me updated daily and provided a loaner while my car was being worked on. They were beyond friendly and always answered any questions or concerns I had. They went above and beyond for me and my car going so far as to talk directly to the engineering team at BMW in Germany so they could remote diagnose the issue. When I got my car back all the issues were corrected and it now drives like a new car. I have had hundreds of service appointments over my 30 years of car ownership and this service department is professional, friendly, easy to work with, and goes above and beyond consistently for even the slightest concern. I cannot recommend them any more highly. A huge thank you to my warrior service advisor Joshua M and my technician and miracle worker Alan. You have a customer for life.

Walk Away
I was shopping for a new car and I saw a left over 2016BWM 328i with a grate price listed on the West Springfield BMW website. I contacted their internet sales department and was almost immediately contacted by Nermina via voice mail and e--mail. The email stated the car I was looking at was available and asked if I wanted to see it. I called Her back the same day and said I would be in at around 6:00 PM. Nermina also told me to ask for Jerome, the sales manager and he would connect me with a sales associate. When I arrived at the dealership I saw the receptionist and ask for Jerome. With a puzzled look she said ?Today is Jerome?s day off? and asked me what I wanted. I informed her I was there to look at a car. She said, I will get an associate. She directed me to the coffee and water station stating it would be a few minutes. After about 20 minutes I was getting impatient stating I could not understand as to why I arranged this time and there is no help. Chris the Pre-Owned Sales Manager came over to ask if he could help. Once again I explained I was not happy with waiting around. He went to see what he could find out in regard to the car, my appointment, etc. After a few minutes another sales person come over and asks for my name. A few more minute goes by and Chris comes back and stated the car listed on-line and in stock was not at the dealership. He told me he would need to contact Nermina and locate the car and would call me the next day. The next day, a Friday I receive a called, a voicemail from the general manager, asking me about my experience with the dealership. When I called him back, I left him a message with my number to call back. I have not heard from anyone at their dealership since. Based upon my experience I would not recommend going to this dealership, they may not have the vehicle and they defiantly do not care about customer service.

If your in the market for a BMW, I would highly recommend BMW of West Springfield. I came from Albany, NY and it was well worth the trip. The service from day one was exceptional, no sales pressure and very knowledgeable. Bryce Piemonte made this car purchase an enjoyable experience. I have a 2009 528 that I purchased from BMW of WS in 2012. it now has 254000 miles and still runs great. my shopping and purchasing experience was excellent (Jason P) the service I receive is still above my expectation as a result of my experience at WS BMW my daughter bought her 328 and was very pleased with Bryce all and all I look forward to my next purchase at BMW of West Springfield

Please do not buy from this dealership.
Don't ever buy a car from this dealership. LIED about everything from the beginning and I have the emails and voice-mails to prove it. Promised BMW, run-flat, original snow tires to get me to buy prior to month end. After 45 days of going back and forth on the tires that I was promised, they sent me the cheapest, non-run-flat, 18" snow tires with GENERIC wheels from TIRERACK! Trust me when I say these guys are CROOKS.
