Worse experience ever, they make fun of you, ridicules answer timing as well, might be scammers, stay away. Asked them to email me some info and pricing, received empty emails.

I logged into the BMW of West Springfield web site to schedule service for a recall and a brake fluid flush. I selected my vehicle including the VIN # and a price of $269 was displayed for a brake Fluid change (See attached photo). I dropped my car off at 7:30AM for the service as I needed to leave for a weekend trip at noon. The service department later texted me at 1:50PM and indicated by vehicle was "Brake by Wire" and a brake fluid change would cost $399. I felt safe in assuming that the VIN# I entered for my vehicle would be sufficient to accurately price the brake service on the BMW of West Springfield web site but as it turns out ordinary services for BMW vehicles (sold by this dealership) cannot be accurately priced by the dealership until they physically inspect the vehicle. I have limited time to have my vehicle serviced so I told them to proceed with the at $399 brake service. When I called at 3:30PM for an update the service was still not completed so I told them not to perform the brake service and I will find another service provider because I needed my car to leave for my weekend trip. I am extremely disappointed. The service pricing on the BMW of West Springfield web site was so inaccurate for my requested service it feels like consume fraud. I contacted a local garage and was quoted $199 for a brake fluid change. I will be using this garage for me service moving forward.

Avoid David as your service rep!
Purchased 3 BMWs from this dealer over the years. I thought their service department was great until service agent David entered the picture. Took 3 days for an oil change and brake fluid change. David just double talked me the entire time, never called me on status of my car and was the worse service person I've ever experienced. You couldn't get a single piece of information from him. David avoided answering any and all direct questions concern when my car would be finished. Golf magazines seemed to be more important then my car. I've worked with Jason before and he was great. I haven't gone back to Gengras for service and have been using Wagner BMW instead. Will probably purchase my new BMW from Wagner in Worcester next year. David was very disrespectful and has no business being a service rep.

Worst Dealer Ever
I started looking for a 2020 or 2019 BMW M2 Competition in Sunset Orange Metallic the night of 01/31/2023. This car had been something I had wanted all throughout college and after being out of school and working for 7 months I was finally able to get a good down payment saved for one. This particular vehicle I found was a 2020 M2 Competition with 1,847 miles on the odometer and happened to be at BMW of West Springfield listed for $57,736.00 online. I had put an inquiry in to see if the car was still available and it was. I went down the following day (02/01/2023) to test drive the car. I tried to finance through them initially and they pre-approved me for $30,000 at 19.99% APR which is loan shark levels of interest. That same day I ended up putting a $1000 deposit on the car (even though I ended up paying $60,329.00 due to a ceramic coating on the car that was already on it and should have been included in the online price as well as a doc fee) After three business days I was approved with my local credit union for $45,000 at 4.99% APR. It then took two more weeks of back and forth with Bryce Piemonte, a sales executive who was responsible for the sale of the car, to finally sign the paperwork and finalize the deal and take the car home (02/17/2023). This was after going back and forth hearing numerous excuses on why I would not be able to sign the paperwork throughout those two weeks. Even after all that time they still managed to screw up the title by having one with both me and my grandfather's name on it even though on my loan I had no cosigner. After this point I was fed up with all of the excuses and stalling tactics they had used throughout the sale and was happy to never have to call or hear from them ever again as I drove the car off the lot. However when giving me my paperwork package somehow they managed to lose the certificate of origin to the car which then did not allow me to register it in my state (NH). On 03/04/2023 my 20 day temporary plate that I had gotten to pick up the car had expired and I could no longer drive it. I had to take an Uber to work until after days of calling them, finally I was able to get them to provide me a loaner on Friday (03/10/2023). I had finally received a copy of the certificate of origin in the mail exactly a week after getting the loaner car (03/17/2023). From test drive to registration of the car it took exactly 46 days to finish dealing with this dealership and finally drive the car I had paid $60,329.00 for. As well, in order to rectify this nightmare of a buying experience and to compensate me they said they would pay for 1 month of my car payment. I gladly sent Jason Gunn, the sales manager, a copy of my car loan statement which I pointed out in an email explicitly that the payments are $860.29 a month. At the time of writing this review they have picked up the loaner and brought me a check. This check however is only $545.01 exactly $315.28 short of my monthly payment. I have cashed the check because honestly I don't want to ever deal with them again to get the rest of the money I am owed. I would never ever recommend anyone buy from here. The only reason I continued to persevere through this agonizing buying experience was because this car is not made anymore and I probably will never find another one with this mileage again. This dealership is run by conmen who want to get every cent they can from you and cut every corner they can to improve their profit margins. Update: They have just charge backed the check they gave me. Never trust a word they say. They will screw you over anyway they can, and lie directly to your face.

Terrible experience.
Awful experience. They reneged a signed purchase contract that was executed. I was told to seek legal action but the juice is not worth the squeeze. Seems like I should have read the hundreds of negative reviews before thinking i would be treated fairly.
