We have purchased MANY cars over the years at a certain dealership in Agawam, but, this was our FIRST experience at Balise Chevy Buick GMC on Hall of Fame Ave. in Springfield, MA. Gary was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. He helped us find a dependable car with a payment we could afford. We could tell that he loved his job! We were also impressed with the Sales Manager, Mike Spanilo. He chatted with us a few times (always with a smile ). We saw Mike interacting with all the other the employees and it was apparent that he was liked by all. HONESTLY, Gary made this the EASIEST and BEST experience we have had at a dealership... The car I test drove was originally not the car I was going to buy. After that I decided to buy it Our sales person Ben went above and beyond to make sure my vehicle was ready quickly as it needed to be cleaned before I could take it. He even came out with a spray bottle and cleaned a few spots that had been missed.
