Very thankful for the patience and guidance provided to me as I selected the vehicle that met my comfort level. I had many questions regarding safety and comfort, which were all answered by showing and demonstrating how the vehicle operates and how to use the instruments and features available. When I left the dealership I was comfortable driving my new vehicle.

Brought our dodge journey in which we bought used from
Brought our dodge journey in which we bought used from them for the second oil change and free tire rotation. 21 days and 800 miles later my car is making a weird noise. Next day go out and have all 3 kids in the car along with myself and it’s shaking and the noise is frightening, so I turn around and go home. Husband gets home and checks the driver side wheel and one of the lug nuts FALLS OFF IN HIS HAND! Takes the rest off to make sure there wasn’t any damage, checks the rest of the wheels, another 2 wheels have loose lugs. So 3 out of 4 wheels weren’t properly put back on and tightened correctly. Myself and all 3 of my children could’ve died from someone not giving a xxxx! THIS IS ABSOLUTELY UNACCEPTABLE AND SHOULD NEVER HAPPEN! I’ve already called and spoken to the service manager, he didn’t seem to really care, claimed he would speak to the employee, apologized and said “unfortunately it happens”. More a less asked what it was I was looking for to get free since I made a call to complain.

Pete Scottini politely and efficiently walked us through our purchase of a new Honda CRV. He took us on a test drive, answered our questions in a timely manner, including detailed comparisons with a rival brand we were considering, guided us through the purchase process and thoroughly reviewed all the cool features of this great model before we drove it off the lot. They sold me vehicle with numerous issues -- including
They sold me vehicle with numerous issues -- including ball and valve leaks on every tire, a siezed rear caliber and warped rotors, on every tire, beyond repair. I've had the vehicle for 4 months, and have only put about 4k miles on it. Don't trust these crooks as far as you can throw them. NEVER AGAIN will i purchase from Bedard and best believe I'll be telling everyone I can about my experience.

While dropping off her CRV at Bedard’s in Cheshire last
While dropping off her CRV at Bedard’s in Cheshire last Monday, my wife took more time than usual to come out of the building. When she opened my car door, she said, “You’ve got to see this car.” We’d been talking about possibly buying a new vehicle soon, but I thought perhaps in the fall. She wanted me to see the red Honda CRV Hybrid Sport L on the show room floor. Well, I couldn’t disagree with her—it was a sharp-looking, comfortable hybrid, which I particularly liked. While she drove me to work, she asked what I thought. I told her I liked it, and we agreed that she go back and speak with Jarod, the service manager we’ve gotten to know and trust over the past 13+ years. Jarod introduced my wife to salesman Hayden, who wasn’t pushy (you don’t push my wife). By the end of the day, my wife was driving home in her new Honda Hybrid, I was following in my new (her former) CRV, and we retired another Honda after ten years of service to our family. We appreciate Honda’s quality products and are loyal Bedard customers; they’ve earned our loyalty.
