I've baught approximately 8 to 10 cars from Bedards over the years and the customer service gets worse & worse.. They're so helpful & polite until you sign on the dotted line then you don't matter anymore.They almost twist your arm for you to buy an extended warranty

Today had our 1st service since we bought it a year ago. $122.00 worth of service but it didn't cost us a thing.The service advisor Mark told us during the work about the 1st 2 services being free when we bought it. I forgot about that. Service advisor Mark was a fine employee and very easy to deal with. 10 stars for the whole dealership.
