Acura of Auburn (and specifically Zach) made the purchase of my used Honda CRV extremely easy. I really appreciated that there was no hard sell and that they went out of their way to ensure that the car I chose was in perfect condition before I took ownership. They worked hard to make the process painless and pleasant throughout and I won't hesitate to go back there for car services in the future - they have earned my trust!

A service department you can trust
I've dealt with people in the service department for over 2 years now, and I've come to have trust in them. I've most recently dealt with Justin in the service department; someone who is definitely customer-focused, and familiar with the inner workings of your car due to his previous experience as a service technician. I get stressed when my car acts up, but they try to make it easier and less stressful. This is the best place to bring your Acura or Honda for service in Auburn.

The second of the two service advisors that gave me great service for the past 12 years has been gone for approximately 2 years. It's not the same anymore. The one remaining long time advisor is harder to get an appointment with, and he and others seem like they're being overworked. Upper management at this company seems to be turning their attention to money, money, money, money! Get all you can get, overwork your employees, and let the Excellent customer service slip away. There's no time to go above and beyond...let the competition do "foolish" things like that; the people here just don't have time anymore. INSANITY!

We started going to Acura to have my Nissan van serviced several years ago because I heard they had great everyday low prices an I started bringing all my family cars there every since because it's not only great prices but quality service from people who care about what they do I wouldn't take my cars anywhere else.

Worth the Trip from Boston...
Saw a Pre owned Car online at dealership so I decided to take a ride from Boston to check it out. I was very nervous about purchasing a used car from dealer an hour away. The minute I walked through the door, my fear was resolved. I met Zach, the sales person who was very polite and honest. I had several questions, concerns , he was very patient with me and got the answers I needed. We went on a test Drive, I knew I was going to buy the vehicle from them. i left a deposit, and had to return next day to pick up the car, Zach even picked me up! It doesnt end there, the finance woman, Heather was outstanding, wasting no time, honest, made me feel very comfortable. I cant say enough about buying a car here. Boston Car dealerships should take notice about this no pressure, honest, no games way to make a car buying experience a pleasurable one !

Save yourself the frustration
We were very displeased with our recent experience at Acura of Auburn. While the receptionist and our salesman, Zach, were awesome, the rest of the staff were very unpleasant to work with. We were very happy with Zach! He was very personable and was great to work with!!! However, the rest of the team was not on top of their paperwork and phone calls. The businesswoman, Heather, made the whole process a lot more painful than needed. She knew what time we would be arriving for our second visit, and did not have our things ready. We put a deposit and started paperwork on a Saturday and were then told we could finish the papers and get the truck on Monday. However, we never received a phone call on Monday. We had to call the dealership multiple times and even though we were told we would be called back, we did not hear back in a timely manner. The receptionist was very nice and apologetic. After finally hearing back and then making the hour plus trek back down to the dealership, we could not even pick up the vehicle that night. We were told we would have to be there by 4 on a weekday which they neglected to tell us before and would mean we would have to take time off work or make an early morning weekend commute for a third trek down. While at the dealership, the staff were very inattentive to us. When we finally made our finally trip down, Heather was extremely disorganized and yet again did not have everything in order for us. We are so glad third and final hour trek down is finally over so we never have to go back again. All we have to say is thank goodness we don't and never would drive an Acura and got a Ford trade in from this dealership because we would not recommend it to anyone. Last month, we bought another car at a different dealership and had such a wonderful and thorough sales team that this experience was a huge disappointment and a big frustration. Save yourself the frustration and multiple, unnecessary trips.

Working with Joe, Jeff and John for the past years has been wonderful. To feel welcome and taken care of its almost like family. My 2007 Honda accord is running like new thanks to the dedication of this service team.

Bought a branch new 2006 Acura MDX from here. I paid...
Bought a branch new 2006 Acura MDX from here. I paid almost 39K with 100K extended warranty. About 5 months ago, the thermal start got problem caused the car has overheated. Towed to the dealer and they told me that my car's extended warranty had already expired although it had only 82K by then.... So I spent total $6000 from my pocket to fix the car back and forth 3 times. Just about yesterday, someone called and told me that my car extended warranty has just expired and asking me to pay more money for more warranty... What the heck, the dealer ship told me that my car has expired 5 months ago and the insurance called me later after 5 months and it wasn't expired by then.... Over all, I figured out that the dealer was xxxxing lie to me and trying to charged me big chunk of money. I got to say their service is really bad and lack of experiences. I went to this dealership as I was looking for my first...
I went to this dealership as I was looking for my first Acura. I test drove the TL and TSX and felt the TSX was a better fit for me. The sales rep we had was okay, very talkative and telling us how good we looked in the car etc. When we sat down with the sales manager and I believe his name is Brian, things went down hill very fast. Brian was rude, disrespectful and made us feel that it would be a honor or privilege for us to buy a car from this dealership. I did my research on pricing before walking in and he quoted us on the high end and would not negotiate. Needless to say we left and I purchased my car from another dealership further from home for 2k less and worked with much nicer and friendly people.

I drove to this dealer only in hopes of seeing a TL in...
I drove to this dealer only in hopes of seeing a TL in red. After two more visits I was convinced it was the right place to buy a car. I am still very glad I traveled 50 miles from home to buy from this dealership. It was the easiest and most satisfying car buying experience I've had.
