Fantastic!!

We had a great experience purchasing our Mini Countryman from Sam at Herb Chambers! He arranged everything from detailing, special additions to the exterior, and shipping the car from Boston to Georgia! What an easy way to buy a car!!

Chris Dixon

My experience with Chris Dixon at “Tom Bush Dealerships” was simply too phenomenal not to share. I totaled my car two weeks ago and was referred to Chris by a friend. I immediately called him to explain my situation and, even over the phone, I could sense how concerned he was about my well-being and how committed he was to assist me in any way he could. Before we released our phone call, Chris reiterated my preferences to ensure he had a clear view of my expectations—after our initial conversation, I knew I was in good hands. Not even 20 minutes after our call, Chris sent me an extremely detail oriented email with several options within Tom Bush Dealerships which perfectly fit my car body style, color, and most importantly, price range preference. Impressively enough, he researched vehicles which fit my criteria in other dealerships not related to Tom Bush to ensure I was educated on all options available to me. Additionally, his “out of the box thinking” opened my mind to options I may not have even considered without his guidance. Within less than two days, Chris efficiently found everything I was looking for in a vehicle and more. He picked a gorgeous, 2015 White Volkswagen—leather seats, a moon roof, oh I could go on! After we went on a test drive, I knew it was the one. Needless to say, I’m head over heels in love with my new SUV. When I went to purchase my new ride, it was exceptionally washed and detailed—like brand new. I financed by car through VW and they exhausted their resources to make sure I was provided the best rate and lowest payment possible. Chris’ enthusiasm, professionalism, positivity, and leadership displayed that my wants and needs were primary. And the cherry on top—he’s super dreamy. I’m so very thankful I had the opportunity to work with Chris Dixon. If it’s not evident, Chris exceeded all of my expectations. Tom Bush Dealerships are so fortunate to have such a well-versed, professional and stellar member as a representative of their team! I would highly recommend anyone and everyone to allow Chris Dixon and the Tom Bush Dealership family be a part of their car purchasing journey!

Gret help to find the right car

I wasn’t sure what I wanted to do in terms of my trade in and moving on to a new vehicle. Kevon Bugbee helped lay out for me the automobile and financial options and helped me through the process. He was informative and available and candid and that was exactly what I needed to make the decision.

Hassle-free car shopping

My husband and I visited this place to take a test drive of BMW X4 and we walked out signing the papers. Our Sales Associate Jing Lau made car shopping an enjoyable experience - right from knowing what we had in mind, looking up the inventory, giving various options, working out the numbers back and forth up until we drove off the X4. If hassle-free car shopping is what one is looking for, this is the place to walk into!

Pleased with buying experience and thrilled with my new Mini

My purchase of the Mini would not have been possible with the excellent sales service I received from Samuel Tutton. The entire experience was conducted via email, texts and voicemail which I truly appreciate for a number of reasons. Samuel could not have been more professional, responsive and respectful of my time. The purchase agreement and loan application process were efficient as was delivery of the vehicle. I appreciate Samuel's efforts to put me in a new Mini and look forward to enjoying my new car.

Awesome customer service

Ahmed helped me buy my current car and was very helpful throughout the purchase process. Recently i got parking lamp malfunction light and talked to Ahmed, he quickly connected me to Daniel Blash. I brought the car in evening, he looks at the bulb, fixes it and I am in and out in less than 20 minutes (and all this happened in the same day from call to fix). Super quick, friendly and very professional, highly recommend them both.

Good dealership, great staff

I ordered my mini and I am happy to say the staff were very pleasant to interact with. I was treated quite fairly and never felt like I was being pressured into something I didn't want. After putting the order I was kept up to date with the progress of where my mini was and when it would arrive. I am quite satisfied by my experience with this dealership and would certainly recommend it if you are in the market for a mini.

Trustworthy

I went in expecting to purchase a used vehicle. I didn't even want to consider a new vehicle thinking it was out of my price range. Sarah assisted me then referred to Ingrid who took the time to give me all of my options and was never pushy. What a wonderful experience! To Ingrid Inoj I went in expecting to purchase a used vehicle. I didn't even want to consider a new vehicle thinking it was out of my price range. Ingrid Inoj took the time to give me all of my options and was never pushy. I hope that I will end up getting a brand new car that I LOVE and can afford, an X-1. She even promised to bring to my job so I can see it. She also promise to allocate the time to make sure I know how everything works and will help set up properly as far as connecting the blue tooth with my phone, etc. I highly recommend Sarah & Ingrid Inoj. It is worth the hour drive from Saugus & East Boston to get there. Thanks God I did not go to BMW of Peabody where I purchased my 330 i back in 2006.
