The dealership was welcoming out of the gate.

The dealership was welcoming out of the gate. I did not feel pressure at any point and my salesperson, Hadi was there to help answer questions and follow ups via text or phone calls. I ended up building my X6 and Hadi helped me through the process and kept me in the loop during the time the car was built. For delivery, Hadi walked me through the many technology options and differences from other cars and also reiterated I could and should call with any questions. I was introduced also to the head of service, Matt Krappe that was also a swell guy and I look forward to having my X6 serviced at Herb Chambers to keep it in tip top shape. Thanks again!

Got a document with a list of supposed service needs

Got a document with a list of supposed service needs including new tires, new spark plugs and rear brakes and rotors. The car has 27,000 miles on it and does not need any of those things. Also the prices quoted for the brakes and spark plugs was 2 to 3 times the local prices as shown on the internet. Ya gotta wonder!!!!!
