ONCE AGAIN.....

Once again...another above and beyond service visit...twice in the last week...oil change and tire rotation. Trivial you say...a simple service call? It's never just simple. They treat your car and myself like family. Service Advisor Nichole and Tech Chris (once again) always took their time not only to explain everything but to also show you what was done. Every time a complete physical is preformed to make sure all's well. Never misled or up sells. I really look forward to the visit's. GM Deven and Sales Mgr. Matt always take the time to make you feel at home and YES...they do remember you! Herb's got a winning combination here. Oh yeah....they even wash and vac every visit. Nice.

David was so helpful in helping me identify the right vehicle for my needs. He was patient and asked the right questions to ensure that I would take delivery of a model that was equipped just the way I wanted. He was very courteous and professional and is an asset to the company! It was truly a pleasure meeting many of the staff members in all the departments. Everyone was smiling and pleasant and helpful. Was screwed on a warranty

Was informed by a service employee that warranty would not be covered for a repair so was forced to have work done else where since my car would not run which cost $470. The starter needed to be replaced. Days later received a call from service manager informing me that work would be covered but I had the to the work done immediately. Will not reimburse unless work is done by a Hyundai dealer which was not communicated to me. Worst customer service ever. Very unhappy customer. They have lost a customer forever. Will not go back.

Since this review was written, I ran into additional problems with my clutch and transmission. This time I received great customer service from both Rusty Clifford and Devin Sullivan and my problems were taken care of immediately. My faith has been restored in Herb Chanbers.

LOVED IT!!!!!!

For the first time i enjoyed buying a vehicle!!! David Caraballo Did an awesome job with everything from finding the SUV that fitted my need to how fast i was able to take possession of the vehicle.. Kudos to The Herb Chambers Hyundai Family!!!! WILL BE RECOMMENDING!!!

Professional

I knew exactly what car I wanted and Stan made it easy to buy. Good price, everything spelled out with no tricks. They took plenty of time at delivery to explain everything. Never felt pressured. This is my fourth Hyundai from Herb Chambers and yes, I checked with other dealers.

Car buying experience is great

I recently bought a new 2015 Hyundai Sonata Limited at Herb Chambers Auburn. I worked with Marty Reardon who was very professional and knowledgeable on the specs and features of this vehicle. I felt I received a really good deal as the new 2016 models were coming in to replace the 2015 inventory. This is my third car I purchased here over the years from Marty and the sales process went smoothly. Marty is a great asset for Herb Chambers and followed up with me to make sure the car was satisfactory as always.

Oil Filter Not Tightened Leaking OIL

Double check the service department work! Had a normal 3k oil change done and they did not tighten the oil filter enough(like loosely sitting on the oil adapter ring), was leaking oil all over my driveway. Opened a case with Hyundai Customer Support to ensure if there are any issues with the engine going forward, it's not coming out of my pocket. Called them up and they threw in a free oil change?

Stan Otoo-Genesis is the best salesman here, A+++ to him

Stan Otoo-Genesis was a pleasure to work with. He made the new car buying process a pleasurable one. I never once suspected him of using sales tactics on me, just gave it to me straight during the whole process. The Finance manager, his name was Anthony, you have to do the finishing paperwork with him. I did not enjoy my experience with him. During the finishing paperwork process he forces extra options on you and makes you feel like you have to purchase these, it felt like sleazy salesman tactics. When I declined these extra options he asked why as if to guilt me. My experience at Herb Chambers Hyundai of Auburn was good overall, just don't try to use sleazy sales tactics on me.
