Igor was a pleasure to work with. He showed extensive knowledge about the car and showed all its features throughly. He was pleasant, patient and helpful. I even was able to take my car home the same day! It was an overall great experience from start to finish.

Just got a new VW Atlas and love it. Susan helped me out online and found me the exact car I wanted and I was able to do most of what I needed before I even came in. When I came in Joe was the salesperson I worked with. He was friendly and straightforward and had a great personality. As a woman who hates the experience of dealing with salesmen, I look forward to reaching out to buy my next car from him!

I contacted Susan via text regarding my interest in the 2022 Volkswagen Taos and I was contacted by David the morning it arrived. David was excellent walking me through the paperwork along with Ian. The test drive took us on back roads, the highway, and I was sold. Everyone at Patrick VW was great, and a special thanks to David Balkus for his help!

If you can pick your own service advisor, never go to Alex Martin! He will overcharge you and the customer service can't be worse! My check engine light was on and Patrick VW identified it as a turbo issue which needs to be replaced with a new one. Alex Martin gave me a quote of $3645.95 without explicitly explaining the cost of the parts and labor. Later on, I got help from another staff member and had the parts covered by Volkswagen. Still I need to pay $1574 for the labor. I thought that was a good deal as he gave me the impression that it would take days to work on it. Yesterday I dropped my car for repair and got a loaner car. The loaner was very low in gas so I spent $44 and filled up the tank because I thought I needed to drive it for days. This morning at 7:30am I got his call saying the car was all set. They only spent a few hours working on it but charged me for 11 hours of labor. When I asked him about this, he couldn't deny that it's not an 11-hour job, but still argued that "you saved $2000 on parts". Is that so? How about you came up with a ridiculous amount to start with? Then you cut the price down and give customers the illusion that they saved a lot! I felt totally tricked. However, that's still not the worst. He refused to compensate for the gasoline I paid for the loaner, not even a refund credit. That's totally outrageous. Not mentioning they left my car mat dirty with muddy footprints! I guess I have become their easy target since I always tend to follow their advice of replacing/repairing the parts during maintenance. Definitely a lesson learned!

Dear Jessy, We are sorry that you were not 100% satisfied with your service visit. We do see that you came in with a check engine light and the vehicle needed to have the turbocharger replaced. We also see that you have had a history of servicing your vehicle with Patrick Volkswagen. Our team was able to work with Volkswagen of America to assist in a good will repair. Since you are a valued customer of Patrick Volkswagen, we were able to significantly reduce the repair cost of your vehicle. We also provided a loaner vehicle, free of charge, while the repair was being completed. The repair cost was discussed with you, and printed on your work order before the repair began, and there was no issue with the pricing at that time. Furthermore, you also brought this vehicle to another Volkswagen Mechanic (not associated with Patrick Volkswagen) prior to the repair and he incorrectly stated that the diverter valve was the cause of the issue. At your request, we brought your vehicle back into our shop, tested the diverter valve, which was working correctly, and sent you a video showing that the wastegate part of the turbocharger was as fault. We did not charge you for this service. It is very unfair of you to suggest that we "target" any customer. We are here to assist all of our customers in repairing and maintaining their vehicles, to assure the safety and reliability of those vehicles.

Yes, I agreed with the cost because I trusted and respected your professional optionion. However, it's obvious that you came up with a ridiculous amount first and then cut down the price to make me think I saved a lot. Yet still, you overcharged me on the labor for extra hours you never spent. I do appreciate that the mechanics identified the issue correctly and got it done in a fast manner. However, I don't appreciate how Alex intentionally overcharge a loyal customer and his attitude. Not mentioning that you loaned me a car with low gas and refused to resolve the issue. $44 is not a lot, but your service and attitude is really poor.

He really takes the time to listen to your needs and will do everything in his power to make sure you get what you want and need! I would recommend him to anyone looking to purchase a new car or trade in an old one. He really is the best!
