Worst dealership I've ever stepped foot in! The first time I go with $15k cash (in bank) to put down and was turned away saying they do not take any appointments passed 5:45 pm so I left giving my name and number to the gentleman who ran outside to send us away ... never heard from in so l called 3 days later and inquired about the vehicle I was interested in and was told we do not have that car on our lot I send over the picture I took and the vin I get a response a day later saying they do not know if they're selling that vehicle because of a title issue odd but ok They never asked if there was anything else I was interested in looking at they just sent me away Then I get an email three weeks later saying thank you for your interest we will be reaching out shortly I'm like at this point don't bother I've located another vehicle same make and model and I've ordered it through Carvana they said well we are so sorry about the bad experience and are still interested in buying your car since used cars are up right now we can offer you a much higher amount than kbb or your trade offer I said ok I'll come in ... What a joke they offered me less than my trade by $3000 and the nine hit tried to tell me he needed my social and license to appraise my car to make sure I didn't steal it ... excuse me?! I will give you my license but you don't not need my credit history to appraise a car dipxxxx ... never again will I step foot into this joke of a dealership

Gui was great, showed me 4 trucks and drove out to Marlborough at their other location with me to help me get the truck I wanted. Quick and painless process. Very professional guy! 10/10 stars

Gui was a good guy. Like every car salesman, just tells you whatever you want to hear to sell you the car, can’t blame him for that. He got everything done quickly and got me in the truck I wanted that day. AutoMax Framingham is a pretty xxxx poor dealership to work with in general. Terrible job cleaning/detailing the truck for the sale, put just enough gas in it for me to get to a gas station, and just overall don’t care about the customer. Trucks batteries were dead and needed to be jumped every time I wanted to test drive one. Bought 9 cars in my life and by far on the bottom of the list for dealerships.
