AutoMax Preowned Framingham

I had purchased my BMW X2 and worked with my Sales Advisor, who was very rude and unprofessional. He had informed me that issues relating to my car would have been taken care of during detailing in time for pickup the next day. After picking my car up and noticing that these punch list items were not addressed nor fixed, it has taken me almost 3 weeks to work with the service department to get my car scheduled to address these issues. I also have not received my owners manual which still has not arrived 2+ weeks later. This was something that the dealership said they would mail out to me because it was not provided to me or something they had from the previous owner. I have also not received any mailings relating to my Financing of my vehicle for my loan. My first payment is due on 11/5, so I also need the dealership to send mail me all information on how to setup my account and how to pay my loan. It has been a nightmare working with this dealership, and an annoyance to say the least. People here are unprofessional, and could care less about their customers. I should never have dealt with these problems after spending 27k on a car, and are at my wits end on how to get my issues fixed. Can someone please delegate this? I have spoken with Adler, Rafael, and Mike, and would prefer someone else to deal with me directly to resolve these issues. I live 2 hours away from the dealership, so I need these issues addressed and resolved ASAP.

Gui is an amazing salesman. He sold me my car over the phone site unseen went above and beyond with video and time on the phone I ended up with a very nice QX 60 which was what I wanted. when I have people shopping for cars now I make sure they check that site and if they are going to buy or are interested I tell them look/ask for him.

Asked me to commit fraud or they would unwind the deal. Demanded I call the bank and tell them information that wasn’t true.
