Great experience buying my truck
Just bought a 2018 Frontier from Automax Preowned and couldn’t be happier with my purchase. Paul was a great salesman and did an awesome job answering all my questions and I never felt hassled or forced to get into the truck. Jose with financing was great too. My Wife Susan had purchased a Ford F150 Super Cab from your dealership over 30 days ago on April 19th. Since that time she has been waiting for the Truck to be registered in South Carolina. My points of frustration is based on the below points. 1: When Susan purchased the vehicle she wanted to have her daughter who lives in Seneca SC register to the car for her to expediate the process and save time. She was told by your dealership that the Truck had to be registered through the dealership and that it would take 10-14 days. She was reassured that your dealership processes out of state registerations all the time and it would NOT be an issue or delay. 2. Susan has done everything your dealership requested to have the vehicle registered! 2: When I spoke to your custeromer care specialist on Friday May 17th, she informed that out of state registerations are handled by a 3rd part service and that the paperwork submitted had a mistake and had to be resent. THIS IS YOUR DEALERSHIPS OWNERSHIP OF THE DELAY. 3: Per my voice mails left for both of you, I don't understand how in the 21st century we all the IT technology it can take 5 weeks to register a vehicle out of state. 4. We now have gone through the expense of paying for the vehicles title, insurance, and were going to use the Truck to tow our camper to NH this upcoming Memorial day weekend. Without the Truck we will be unable to tow the camper are out a 350 non-refundable lot expense. 5: This whole process has been extremely frustrating and stressful for both us, my expectations when a customer gives your dealership 23,000 worth of business is that your dealership should have their reps and staff committed to getting this resolved as fast as possible. This whole Car buying experience through this dealership has been an absolute nightmare.

Very good experience
It was busy so I cannot fault them for the time it took to test-drive and then purchase the car I had seen on-line. Angie did an exceptional job of moving everything along on the two occasions I was there. She was friendly yet professional, and made a tedious process (paperwork etc) much less so. I cannot speak to the car other than to say the purchase price was fair, and so far it's running great. I'd recommend AutoMax, and certainly Angie.
