My experience was positive from start to finish. My email inquiring about a few cars was quickly responded to. My visit to the dealership was great. I looked at and test drove my car with Matt. He was polite, friendly and knowledgeable about the car. The process from start to finish was seamless. I am very happy with my new car and would recommend automax.

First Time ever dealing with Automax after driving by them for 15 year or so. Had heard good comments from friends that bought from them. So I bought a 2016 Accura RDX from Christopher at in Marlboro. Easy purchase , no pressure and very professional. The car was clean all prepped properly and the transaction was so easy . We finalized the car with Registration, Plates, and Insurance in 1 day . Had an issue some clips came off something and he called the mechanic they came right over and bam it was fixed in a second. I highly recommend buying from them as I had always bough all my cars from one dealership before. Thanks Chris and company you guys Rock !!!

This dealership uses a very simple buying model - if you want the car, you pay the price. To be fair, the price was a good price. I'm from Maine and I had to make a special trip down to purchase the car, and will need to go back to pick it up. I have had one dealership in MA deliver a Jeep to Maine, but this dealership doesn't make special accommodations. I wasn't able to leave a deposit over the phone. The transaction was quick and the salesperson and finance manager were both great to deal with, realizing this was an all cash deal. No idea as to how the financing works here.

The experience I had with your dealership was great. Had a few questions regarrding the X3. Mike asnwer them on time and if he did know the answer he will find someone who can answer my concerns. The X3 did have mats, Mike garantee me when i pick up the car, it will have front and back mats. In general my experience was really good.
