Chevrolet of Palatine

After spending all day on the phone and then driving the two hours to Palatine, we ended up leaving without a new car. We were assured three times that the price we were quoted would be what we walked out paying, and when we actually arrived at the dealership we were told that we were mistaken and that they could not provide us with that car at that price. Unbelievably bad service. We ended up going to another dealership right down the street and got a better price out the door.

First I want to thank SHEILA NIEVES for her patience and great help. I walked in grossinger looking for a used car because I knew my credit wasn't good enough at all for a new car and I don't know what she did but I drove out of there on a new 2016 Chevy Cruze my wife and kids love it thanks to SHEILA and all the staff at grossinger Chevy in Palatine for making it possible for me and family I will recommend this place to everybody ??

I drove over 40 miles to purchase the truck they had listed on the internet, the price was excellent and well worth the drive. Rich and Jonathan did an awesome job of getting me the deal I wanted. I will return when I am ready to purchase again!

My family and want to just be greatful to Grossinger-Chevrolet in Palatine IL. This dealer does come through for people we are a example of it. From the moment you go inside they treat you with respect also they do not offer or commit to thing until they really can do the deal. We do not have perfect credit to to a lot medical debt but Nick and Kevin work really hard and give us the opportunity to buy the car that fit our family needs. First let me start by saying me and my husband walked in thinking we would not qualify for a new vehicle. But we decided we would give it a try worst they could say was no right? Well we were wrong. No only did I get approved but Eric was excellent. I was happy i was able to get a new 2016 car. From the beginning to the end Eric was there to answer any questions I had about the car as well as payments and everything inbetween. I will be back again when a new car is needed.
