I had a terrific experience at the Grossinger Hyndai Dealership in Palatine. The salespeople were all very knowledgeable, and none of them were high pressure which made a huge difference. They answered all our questions and found the car that was perfect for me. No trying to push me into purchasing an upgraded package with options I would not use. The finance dept. was very helpful and I am thrilled with my new car.
