Professional Hospitality & Smooth Transition

I want to thank Scott Bregnard for the experience of purchasing our new Chevy Trax. We found ourselves in a sudden need of a new vehicle just before Christmas and ventured onto the Imperial lot. We hadn't narrowed down a make or model of interest, so we really wanted to spend some time walking through the great variety of vehicles that Imperial has to offer before fully engaging with a sales person. My father had recently purchased a vehicle at Imperial, so we decided to see what was on site. Scott approached us politely and professionally introduced himself as we expressed our purpose for the visit. He was very helpful in a way that wasn't pushy and invasive as some other dealerships can be. He pointed us in the direction of some vehicles of interest and allowed us to browse. From the many vehicles I've purchased, my experiences have always come with a sense that the sales person just wanted to hurry me into the table and pull down the commission. I didn't have that feeling with Scott. He was a great resource of knowledge on the vehicles on the lot, and he was very clear that he wanted us to have something that was perfect for us. It felt more of a win win situation, and we were extremely satisfied. We didn't just "test drive" the vehicle, but we were able to experience the vehicle and all of its features on the road. Scott walked us through every option and spoke with such knowledge that you'd think he was part of the initial design/engineering team for the vehicle. In the office, he was hospitable. He offered up beverages, food and anything else that might make our visit more comfortable such as the lounge area or adjacent diner. When the purchase was finalized, he introduced me to the service area, and showed me exactly where to come for future oil changes, rotations, etc. It was a rainy night, so out of courtesy, he had the vehicle was pulled into one of the service bays. He sat in the car with me to help set up the On Star system, and even showed a great deal of respect by leaving the vehicle for a moment without any prompt to give me privacy when the On Star rep asked to set up personal passwords for me. I couldn't be any happier with our purchase! It was a smooth and flawless transition from my old vehicle to the new one. I will certainly recommend Scott and the Imperial Team to my friends and family. Thank you!

Great experience and fun,fun,fun. Used car but prepped like new under Nyne's care. Very pleased. Best ever! Great place to find a car.

Great experiance at Imperial

After visiting several local dealers .A friend who had recently purchased a new truck there recommended that I try Imperial,Am I glad I did After meeting with Kyle Ives I told him about the car I was interested in he gladly provided all the information I needed,with his help and that of Omer from Finance every thing went extremely smooth,I couldn't believe how easy they both made it,Everyone one I encounted at the dealership was extremely friendly from Kyle and Omer to the sales manager to the guys who prepped the car for me .Would definitely recommend Imperial to anyone car shopping!!!Thanks again Kyle, Omer and the entire staff

Great Experience

My sales rep Aline Almeida was great! She took the time to get me into the right car at the right price. And the business manager Ahmad Al-Jallad was like a friend to my wife and I and got us the best deal with the bank and saved us a lot of money. Best Experience Ever!!! Thanks Ed Connors

I went into see Ed Connors thinking about getting a lease to lower my monthly payment. I was shocked to find out that Imperial could get me into a brand new City Express van! I got more money for my trade than I expected and walked out paying $60 less a month!!! Omar in the Business Office did a fantastic job getting me a low interest rate! The sales manager Bruce was so nice and easy going. I have purchased a lot of vehicles in my lifetime, and this was by far the best experience I have ever had! Keep up the good work guys! GREAT PLACE TO BUY A CAR!!!!!

ONE NAME TO REMEMBER...KYLE IVES!! WAS LOOKING TO BUY A NEW CAR DID NOT KNOW WHAT I WANTED KYLE IVES WELCOMED ME TO THE DEALERSHIP WHEN I ARRIVED SAT DOWN WITH ME AFTER HE LISTENED TO ME AS FAR AS BUDGET AND "MUST HAVES" .. AWESOME EXPERIENCE

I had been thinking about buying a new Impala for quite awhile but dreaded the thought of having to go through the painful process based on past experiences. I didn't want to go back to the previous Chevy dealer so decided to go to Imperial Chevrolet and I'm glad I did. When first approached I told the gentlemen what I was looking for and he said, I'll get Scott Bregnard the Impala is his field of expertise. After meeting Scott and explaining what I wanted he went out of his way to find the car as he didn't have one at the dealership. Scott was friendly and considerate but most of all he listened to my needs which made the entire experience a pleasure. So when I'm ready to buy a new car again all I have to do is drive to Imperial Chevrolet and talk with Scott and I know I'll be treated fairly, respectfully and I'll drive away with a smile on my face and a pleasant experience to remember.

Great customer service experience

This was a very important purchase, I finally bought my dream car and Michael MacDonald was my salesman who made the experience perfect. He was able to answer all of my questions and made me feel comfortable making the purchase. He is a valuable asset to the dealership. He then handed me off to Ahmad Al-Jallad, the business manager, to complete the paperwork. Ahmad explained everything in great detail, multiple times (thanks Ahmad), and took care of all my concerns. Bruce was also fantastic and very friendly. Thank you guys!!
