Not everybody knows everything there is about financing your vehicle but, Ahmad Al-Jallad does. He can explain it to you so you understand. He is so knowledgeable about all there is to do with financing he makes it so you walk away with such a good feeling about your purchase. I originally came here to go to Miss Mendon Diner. I ended up looking at the ads they have at the tables and seen a car I was interested in. I went over and Brian helped me right away. He went and found the car quickly. Let me and my family test drive it. Made sure we were taken care of while waiting for the loan officer. He was great. The loan officer Ahmad was also great. He quickly found me an awesome loan, with my not too good credit. He was very personable, which me being in customer service appreciated. I will definitely recommend everyone who is looking for a good car and good service to come here!

You will be at the service department alot!!! with all the recalls, and techs can't do simple things right the first time so you will you will be back , and your new vehicle will be damaged,your door will get banged into something, your lugnuts will be nailed on n ruined cause they will be on n off your car more times in 3000 miles then if you had it a lifetime, and nothing they put on the car will line up or match its just carelessness n watch your paper work both in sales and in the service department for errors. So after your hectic sale in finance you will deal with more rigamarow over in service . I wont be buying a new camaro or bringing my vehicle in anymore which is too bad I liked bruce ..and the dealership itself is nice ,too bad there s too many that don't know what customer service really is ..you will be bringing in your Chevy for wobbles, shakes, n vibrations seems to be a problem with GM cars across the board.

Narrowed my search to three truck/suv dealers. Anthony Turano put in a lot of time and effort , in locating what I wanted. He was absolutely "the best".Imperial Chevrolet offered the best deal by far. Plus the trade allowance was quite fair. Anthony even spent time with my wife and I , and explained at the vehicle features and how to use them. Put us at ease, as we are somewhat "electronically challenged". Imperial has sold me my last three suv's. Couldn't be happier. And the staff, were all very friendly , courteous, and polite. He was very professional, knowledgeble, efficient and personable. He listened to our needs and limitations and suggested many options that might work for our situation. Ed was able to give us a more than fair offer for our trade and get us into the used car we were hoping to buy. He even made it possible for us to pick up our car a day sooner than we thought. Ed not only met our car buying needs, he exceeded our expectations. We also would not have our new vehicle if it weren't for Ahmad Al-Jallad. He is the business manager who, through his incredible expertise, worked out financing for us that we thought wasn't possible. I walked onto the lot looking for a used SUV with a third row of seats. Chris McIntyre greeted me and was very helpful. He found a few different cars to compare. I decided to test drive a 2014 Buick Enclave. Chris offered me a great deal on the Enclave and a very fair offer on my trade in. Throughout the process I never felt pressured.
