engine light

Phillip in Burlington was very helpful and friendly and got me in and out very quickly. I have had a lot of problems with my Honda odyssey since i bought it in 2008 with many recalls so my frustration level was high but Phillip was understanding and eager to help

Excellent Service

June Fraser was very nice, very quick, and very good to direct her technicians to 'debug' my flashing 'low oil pressure' signal as an indication of the oil consumption recall.

I am not sure what Title means

Sergio was more than Awesome- I can't say enough good things about his enthusiasm; his energy; he was hustling back and forth getting cars for me to test drive and making my experience one in which I did not feel pressured but I was getting all my questions answered. He was thoruough; kind and generous of his time. He wa simply the best care salesman I have encountered. I did not have the same great experience unfortunatley with the gentleman doing the financing paperwork (Gustavo) but understand he was new and in my humble opionion needs some more training. I would be happy to share more thoughts on that but wanted the survey to reflect my incredible experience wiht Sergio.

A Pleasure.

My name is Linda Crowne and I recently leased a new 2015 Honda CRV from Herb Chambers of Burlington, MA. This is my fourth lease from your business in Burlington. I have always had very positive and pleasant experiences with everyone at Herb Chambers. I bring my cars to Herb Chambers for all services. I wanted to share with you, that I worked with Brian Madden at the Burlington location, last Sunday, as he helped me obtain my new lease. While everyone I have worked with there has been extremely helpful and pleasant, Brian Madden stood out among all those great people. Brian was perfect in every sense. He was warm and welcoming, negotiated on my behalf and made it possible for me to trade in my 2013 lease for the new 2015. Brian helped me set up my phone, radio stations, and made sure I had my mirrors as I needed them. Brian went over all safety features making sure I knew how to use them. He made sure that I was seated at a comfortable height and knew how to adjust any feature to my liking and comfort. Brian is an exceptionally thoughtful, diligent, professional. Excellent service department

I purchased my Honda in Burlington and have had it serviced by them since day 1. They are a reputable service department and dealership. They are all very understanding and fair. I will continue to have my Honda serviced at Herb Chambers Honda of Burlington.
