I am a long time customer of Burlington Honda. I am always satisfied with their work. Good customer service. I went to servicing my car on Saturday 10/03/15 at 9:00 am the place was packed. I thought I was going to wait indefinitely. The person who received told me my car will be ready in 2 hrs. Exactly 2:00 hrs I was called to the service desk to pick up my car.

Got a good deal on a lease of a 2015.
A bit of a haul to walk up to the back of the lot to look for 2015 Accords other then that it was fine.

Awesome service
Both John Silva and Christopher Glen go above and beyond to get the Odyssey and Accord on the road. They both have answered my concern on the vehicles - regular service, recalls and resolve the rattling noise on the heat shield above catalytic converter. Yet, the labor pricing for securing heat shields is beyond my expectation. It costs $129 to install and tighten two converter clamps which I find is very expensive and outrageous. I expect the total cost for labor and parts pricing between $100 flat but not $158.90. Moreover, while I am waiting for the vehicle in service, I have overheard an employee was on the speakerphone with a customer requesting social security number, date of birth and address. The employee should have close the door and use a wireless handset when requesting the sensitive information above. The remote control for the television in the waiting room is not working therefore I am stucked watching Bravo channel - I wish to change the channel. Please get a replacement remote control for the Panasonic television. Parking lot is a bit tight to squeeze. I wish this area can be expanded.
