Purchase of 2016 Kia Sorento

I recently purchased a 2016 Kia Sorento from Gervais Kia. The sales people involved were Humphrey and John. The number cruncher was Jimmy. All three did a fantastic job in assisting me in the purchase of my new vehicle. All three of these gentleman were very knowledgeable, professional and willing to answer all of my questions throughout my purchase. Excellent car buying experience.

Hands down an excellent car buying experience from the initial phone call to the dealer to picking up my new car. I could not have asked for a better sales associate than Frank Madden. He is pleasant, patient and knowledgeable. He is a true professional. He worked with me to help me pick out a car that was right for me. He listened to my concerns. There was no pressure. I got a great deal and I am so happy I went to Gervais. It is easy to get to. They even have a mini registry that took care of everything. No running around to the dreaded DMV. This dealership is highly recommended. They stand head and shoulders above other dealers.

Outstanding Experience

I love going to Gervais Kia, I always get outstanding customer service there. I have had referred 7 transactions within a year and 2 were mine. The staff knows me by my name and was always friendly and courteous. My sales product specialist; Christian Fletcher is my point of person to go to. He made the transaction easy peasy, no pressure at all. He is very genuine, knowledgeable, honest and friendly. The sales manager, service department and finance department were efficient and effective with my sales transaction experience. I highly recommend anyone to go there for there car needs.

Great Buying Experience

I have to say I found the vehicle on cars.com talked to Frank (Saleman) we made a plan for me to go in. I went in went for a test drive and everyone was Great I made the deal and got the car that afternoon. the Finance got me an awesome rate. I had such a Great experience. 2 days later I had to have the vehicle towed back ended up being the battery. I was a little disappointed that I was not told the CD player doesn't work and now I have to take it back to have transmission looked ant for shifting problems but other than that I love the vehicle and had again a great experience and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a vehicle

dont do it

Bad expierence my girl bought a used chevy here with all sorts or problems. And they didnt lower the price or fix any issues prior too and after. Salesmen clearly took advantage of a young women. And now its up to me to fix the issues in the 500 dollar range. I would not recomend anyone here find somewhere else pls

Dealer response

This car was delivered with out any concerns or problems. The car had the lemon law warranty which is 30 days and 1250 miles on it. She comes in with a concern 3 mos. with over 2000 miles with a concern and was told that the car was out of warranty she agreed. We offered to split the cost of the repair which was $300.00 She refuse and then left. We clearly did not take advantage of anybody nor would we do business that way. I believe that we went above and beyond to help her.
