Repaired under warrantee

Rain water was in the fog light housing. It was pointed out to me that if the lens were not cracked,the replacement would be covered under warrantee.It was repaired at no charge to me.

Leasing made easy!

We just leased (this is our 3rd lease) another Kia soul at Gervais Kia & are very pleased at the ease of our experience! They gave us a fantastic deal as our mileage was over & lease was 3 months premature! Thanks to Mr Brophy (Lease mgr) & Danny (salesman) for a very smooth sailing!

Don't buy here

worst car buying experience ever after u give the deposit and insure the car and they call you later in the day tell you won't get car for 2-3 days it was more like 6_7 days not goid

Great People!

This was my second car purchased with the people at" GERVAIS" the people over there are friendly and personal," Danny Sanchez" I would recommend to ask for when you go in he is on top of his game, and will give you full attention to what you are looking for." Key" in Finance will also locate you the best rate for your loan, all and all, I would recommend GERVAIS!!

End of lease return

Tried to drop off a end of lease Kia to Gervais but they told me they had no room on the lot to take the car. "NO ROOM ON LOT" HOW DO THEY MAKE ROOM DO THEY NOT SELL CARS? IF YOU SELL A CAR SIMPLE MATH TELLS YOU SPOT ON THE LOT JUST CAME OPEN. I WILL TELL EVERONE I KNOW IN THR LOWELL AREA NOT TO SHOP AT THIS DEARERSHIP!!!!!!!!!!! TOO BAD

Nice low-pressure experience!

I started searching for a new compact SUV nearly 3 months ago, and Gervais Kia was my first stop. I test drove a Kia Sportage at that time and found out more about it from Danny, a new sales staff member. He was unfailingly polite in answering my questions even though I was not ready to buy. Many weeks later, after researching and test driving four other brands, I went back to Kia (after a couple of more visits in between) to buy the very first model I test drove. Throughout the process, Danny was extremely patient with my questions and indecisiveness! I was able to wait until the trim level I wanted, with the upgrade packages and color I wanted, was available, and I feel I paid a fair price. I am already in love with my "Pacific Blue" 2017 Kia Sportage with the Premium and Tech Packages and am looking forward to many happy years of driving!

Turned in a leased Sorrento for a new one and couldn't have asked for an easier procesa. Humphrey is a pro at hos job.!

Very good experience!

I had a very pleasant buying process. My sales rep, Frank Madden was very helpful. He was nice, knowledgeable and very courteous. He helped me out during AND after the purchase. He went above and beyond to make sure I was okay with the vehicle and I was enjoying it. We shopped around at other KIA dealerships but ended up with Gervais because the location is very convenient, our salesman Frank was great, and the service department is also very nice and helpful.
