Following a routine service and recall repair, when I went to bring my baby to daycare next I found that my baby’s car seat base had been uninstalled but... was put in place so that it was not immediately obvious that it was no longer connected to the car. I only realized because after putting my son in the car, I happened to push sideways on the base accidentally and it moved when it shouldn’t have. Upon closer inspection there were also footprints all over the back seat indicating an attempt to uninstall the base by force. I do not understand why the base needed to be removed at any point during the service, and trying to force it out without using the buttons could have damaged it. Most importantly, not informing me of this put my child at serious risk! This was an incredibly dangerous action and I will not be returning to this service center. I will not do business with anyone who puts my child in danger.
Gervais is A+ all the way! I recently purchased a vehicle from Gervais Kia, and found them to be great to deal with! This is a family owned dealership... which truly cares about its customers, and you can tell they take great pride in their service. The dealership was low pressure, very responsive, courteous, had excellent prices, and made me feel valued as a customer. They went out of their way to win my business and were an absolute pleasure to deal with. Gervais made my whole buying experience very easy and I am glad to be a customer of theirs!
I started searching for a new compact SUV nearly 3 months ago, and Gervais Kia was my first stop. I test drove a Kia Sportage at that time and found out... more about it from Danny, a new sales staff member. He was unfailingly polite in answering my questions even though I was not ready to buy. Many weeks later, after researching and test driving four other brands, I went back to Kia (after a couple of more visits in between) to buy the very first model I test drove. Throughout the process, Danny was extremely patient with my questions and indecisiveness! I was able to wait until the trim level I wanted, with the upgrade packages and color I wanted, was available, and I feel I paid a fair price. I am already in love with my "Pacific Blue" 2017 Kia Sportage with the Premium and Tech Packages and am looking forward to many happy years of driving!

Rain water was in the fog light housing. It was pointed out to me that if the lens were not cracked,the replacement would be covered under warrantee.It... was repaired at no charge to me.
