Dominic was excellent.

Dominic was excellent. He kept me informed about my cars status throughout the two days my car was at the dealership. He gave me an early heads up about two items that needed to be taken care of now.

My experience with recent visit to have recall work done

My experience with recent visit to have recall work done on my 2018 Honda CRV touring. They examined my cr and highlighted 7 services that needed to be performed. My service advisor was Mr. Jorge Comez and he was excellent . He explained all the needed services in detail and answered all of my questions.

Sean was excellent- professional, thorough, and patiently

Sean was excellent- professional, thorough, and patiently working through multiple issues w/ my CRV. He was a great problem solver- engaging BJ to ride w/ me and give me technical knowledge that allowed me to solve my tire issues. Sean was kind, pairing me with a CRV loaner to make me comfortable and walking me to it. I could not have asked for a better experience!
