Long wait time for service
I waited for over two and a half hours for my 20K service after the tech said it would take about an hour to one hour and 15 minutes

Service was fast go earlier
Service was done quick, but was hoping that the car would have been washed after the service like they used to do just wishing they still did.

Free inspection Not free
I took my 2007 Camry hybrid in for an evaluation. They said the inspection would be free. As I suspected the big battery was failing. They tried to get me to pay for a new radiator and a flush of the inverter coolant. They could not tell me if they would be able to get me a big battery until I ordered it, and quoted me $5200 for it. I looked online where I saw the big battery was no longer available from Toyota. I declined the service as I might not be able to keep the car if I couldn’t find a big battery. They then charged me $175 for the free inspection.

Great Service at a Great price
Needed my brakes and a recall done. So I took my car to ira Toyota Danvers. They took me in no questions asked with out an appointment. Dennis the service writer got me a ride home and back to the dealership. Dennis explained to me very thoroughly what my vehicle needed. I was very impressed on my service experience.

Maintenance visit
overall good experience. Was in for an a/c condensation leak, I won't know for a while if the fix is good. My one complaing, on the muiltipoint inspection fluid levels are to be topped off, my window wash fluid was not topped off.

Not satisfied for the time they took to rotate 4 t
Did not get a receipt or a email for Whatever work they did on the car. It took 2 and a 1/2 hours to rotate 4 tires

Efficient
Car developed a hybrid problem and I had it towed to Ira. Got a call early the next morning and told failed part covered by a warranty. They took care of it and another problem and it was all set a day earlier than originally estimated.

A very long Service appt
I had a 9:20 appt, showed up at 9:10. They were very busy so I had to wait in Line for 10 to 15 mins, no big deal. I was assigned an advisor who seemed very nice. Told him I was there for my 15,000 mi. maintenance, the last free oil change etc. I also got my inspection sticker! Great! Saved me from going elsewhere. While waiting I received a text and an email about other work that needs to be done .. for $$$. Cabin filter $95 (in fair condition) ,wheel balance and alignment, 4 wheels, for $195 and an a/c refresh ,(needs immediate attention) $140. Really… no one came to talk to me, just a message and email! Well, when you see needs immediate attn.. something is wrong .. right?? I agreed to cabin filter and wheel work .. why?? At the moMent I trusted them to be honest!! I make several trips to Maine, tire alignment and balance … I need to be safe!! Well, I didn’t get out of there for 4 hrs +!!! When I talked to my advisor (NB) he didn't seem to care, oh well, they didn’t send in the paperwork for your inspection yet, it will be ten to twelve more minutes… I told him Ive been waiting too long, I need to go to Maine to care for my grandchild. He didn't seem to care. I spoke to two very nice women near the service area who said they will check on it.. I waited twenty more mins! Finally one of the women from that office came to help me and got my paperwork done and me out of there! Advisor…. Never bothered to apologize for the long wait nor did he acknowledge I was standing within two feet of him. He just looked at me and turned away. So give Ira a great review.. no! They need to evaluate the supervisors.. especially Nate B.!!! Also, Ira be honest with the work that needs to actually be done for safety reasons and give customers time to think about it! Also, have the advisors talk to your customers! Without them you are nothing!
