Easy, quick transaction. The dealership was great.

Sean Leonard, the sales associate, explained everything, picked me up and drove me to the dealership, had everything ready, drove me home and delivered my new car the next day. It couldn't have been easier and the dealership went to Boston to get the color car I wanted.

Great Value

Went for an oil change today 09/14/17 for my Toyota Highlander I recently purchased. It was hot and humid, a service tech greeted me with a cold bottle of water while I waited to be seen. Tom took all of my information and made the process fast and easy. When I picked up my vehicle he explained in detail all of the service my vehicle will need in the near future. I'm a new customer and will continue to service my vehicle here at Ira.

Done quickly

Went for recall work, which was done in under two hours, less than the predicted time. I was surprised because when making the appointment, they wanted me to leave the car for the whole day.

Truck Robed and Lied to by Management

My truck was robbed while at the dealership. Money and items were stolen from the vehicle. When I finally got in touch with the manager he said he was going to look into this and get back to me the next day. When I received no calls for two days after that I tried to get in touch with him again, and then it was almost impossible to get a hold of him. The way I finally got him to call me back was by calling the customer service representative who made him call me back. He said that he did not find anything from the security tapes but he was going to pay me back for the money that was stolen. This was weeks ago and I have heard nothing more and have not been reimbursed. It is obvious now that the manger was lying to me the entire time and never actually intended to help me. I have been a customer at this dealership for many years now and even with that they treated me like dirt. I would avoid this dealership at all costs not because money was stolen, since this can happen. I would avoid it because the upper management is very untrustworthy and customers are treated extremely poorly here. Until this dealership decides that customers should be treated properly, I have no intent to trust anyone at this dealership with my truck. This behavior is not appropriate for any reputable business and tarnishes the entire Toyota brand name.

Working with IRA has been a pleasure for years.

I have had my vehicles serviced at IRA for a number of years. My experience with the service department has always been top notch so it only made sense that when I needed to replace one of my vehicles that I would give the sales department a try. Aiman Varoqua exhibited all of the qualities that I rarely find in any salesman. His dedication to professionalism made the whole process quick and pain free. I look forward to working with IRA in the years to come.
