We purchased a new RX350 on April 30th after taking about...

We purchased a new RX350 on April 30th after taking about 9 months to make a decision. During this time, we worked with Hani Dolat in Sales and consider ourselves lucky to have found him. Not only did he not try to rush us into a decision, he patiently answered all our questions. When we were ready to make that decision, he worked with us to get the exact car that we wanted as we were picky in the color and options. Not only was he helpful with the sales buying process and working with us on price, he also went that extra step to arrange for us to have some one-on-one time learning all the new functions on the car. We are not technology savvy and were intimidated by the controls, so this was indeed amazing customer service. I would definitely recommend this dealership and this sales consultant to any future Lexus buyers!

Great experience! I really had a great timen taling with...

Great experience! I really had a great timen taling with Sal over a 2 month period. He answered all of my questions and was very pleasent to work with. The only thing that I wished I had more controll over is the financing. I did get the care of my dream after careful consideration and more funds out of my pocket.

On Wednesday April 27 I visited Lexus of Naperville to...

On Wednesday April 27 I visited Lexus of Naperville to have my car service after I left McGrath Lexus in Westmont. I drove into the garage at LON and i was approached by Jason Muza. It was complete heaven. This guy was great to work with I informed Jason about my experience at McGrath and Lexus of Naperville service was the total opposite of the experience I received at Mcgrath. Lexus of Naperville service was the best. Not only did they service my car I was also added to their list for any discount work that needed to be perfomred on my car. I totally trust this dealership and I can honestly say that when my lease it up I will go to Lexus of Naperville to renew my lease instead on Mcgrath. Its truly amazing how these two dealerships are son different. Jason was awesome. I highly recommend requesting for Jason for your service.

We went to this dealership knowing that lexus was a very good quality car and even knowing that was true there was still much more. We were able to have complimentary snacks and they were very nice and friendly. Sal was very nice and was able to give lots of help with our choice of the Lexus Rx 350! We gave the rating we have because we thought overall our whole experience was probably one of the best we have ever had. We would reccomend this dealership to anyone buying a car, pre-owned or new. We would also reccomend Sal Lala for his cooperativeness and friendship we look forward to going to Lexus of Naperville!

my experience was excellent . my sales person hani was very helpful and knowledgeable not pushy very friendly and professional he explained everything very clearly and worked extra hard with me and my buying needs . i bought a lexus ls 460 and i love it. hani he is the kind of guy who makes you look forward to your next car purchase . i have never met a salesman so enthusiastic about his product and so willing to help.you will also receive a warm ,friendly ,sincere greeting .he is the finest in personalized service for each and every customer . he is also a relaxed , no-hassle, no-pressure sales experience . will definitely see him on my next purchase .

We went to this dealership looking for a used car. We had...

We went to this dealership looking for a used car. We had looked online and had an idea of what we can afford. Once we arrived we were immediately greeted by Dan Foster the salesman that took car of us. He took the time to listen to our needs an price range, never making us feel pressured or uncomfortable. He ended up finding us a car that met ALL of our expectations and more! We never thought we would walk out of the dealer with a 2004 Lexus ES330 in perfect condition with low mileage but he and the rest of the Used Car staff made it happen! The entire staff was more than accomodating! We were offered beverages and snacks while we waited and when they realized it was taking longer than expected Dan let us take the car and go to lunch, so we were not just sitting in the dealership waiting. I HIGHLY recommend this dealership to anyone that is looking for a dependable car new or used!!! Infact, I already have referred my nieghbor who is in the market for a used car to Dan. We purchased our car on Wednesday, April 13, 2011 and on Friday Dan calld me to make sure we were still satisfied and to see if I needed anything! Thanks again Lexus of Naperville for making our experience a GREAT one!!!!!

The dealership was close to my home, the sales person was informative, nice, not pushy, and the dealership was beautiful and clean. The car is a good car and am pleased with the overall experience! I would recommend Sal to a friend and trusted him. I am excited to recieve free car washes and to return with any questions.

Had a great experience with Mohammad and Lexus of...

Had a great experience with Mohammad and Lexus of Naperville. He helped me order a brand new car to be delivered from Japan and kept me posted through-out the 16 week waiting period. He also came in on days that he wasnt working just to meet my schedule. On the night that i picked up my car, he stayed after hours just to show me all of the features. Truly a nice guy, not just some sales person. Great experience and cant wait to start getting my free car washes!

One of the key benefits to buying at Lexus of Naperville...

One of the key benefits to buying at Lexus of Naperville is the free car washes. But these are not your typical free Car washes. Bill Reinekie and his team not only do a super job washing the car inside and out, they take care of everything. Including, but not limited to: Fixing scratches, paint touch ups, fixing License Plates and frames, and polishing Headlights. You would easily pay $20+ /per wash for this service elsewhere. My only advice would be avoid Saturdays, and don’t forget the tip. Bill's team has more flexibility during the week to help you with the extra services

Although I have been dealing with Lexus of Naperville due...

Although I have been dealing with Lexus of Naperville due to my Lexus LX470, I hadn't bought a car from them until now. My wife and I worked with Brad Broughton who was extremely familiar with the LS460 we purchased. He made my wife, who is usually turned off by complex electronics, feel very comfortable with the car. He made the sale happen and he never throughout the process let us down or steered us wrong. I highly recommend Brad and if you'd like a pleasant experience buying or leasing a Lexus, Brad is your man.
