Went in just to gather info about pre-owned Lexus sedans and wound up purchasing that day. Very professional and friendly service without feeling pressured; all personnel we worked with were very knowledgeable about the cars and quickly grasped what we were interested in and didn't waste our time trying to sell us more than we wanted. Dan was very objective in pointing out the pros and cons of the pre-owned cars they had in their inventory and Jeff was very patient in explaining all the features of the car we purchased and the details of their service programs. All in all a very positive, painless car purchasing process.

I made an appointment with him. When I arrived he had the car already waiting ready for a test drive. Hani was excellent to work with. He was understanding and I never felt pressured. Lexus dealership was very nice atmosphere. I purchased a used Honda Accord that was in very good condition. The car pulled a little to the right, so they provided a free alignment. They also provided free car washes for as long as I own my vehicle.

We have never experienced such professional and customer focused service at a dealership. Dan Foster has been incredible from start to finish. Dan Foster was the BEST!!! He made us feel so comfortable and was so patient with me as I drove 4 different cars. And then after I had made my choice, I had 2nd thoughts, and asked to see the 1st car I had driven. He didn't even flinch ... he just put the cars side-by-side in the lot, so I could see them both and make my own comparison. But he made it so easy, because he put the cars side-by-side. His tutorial on the car was perfect and he even put his number in my phone, in case I had questions or needed anything. What a top-notch salesman!
