We had purchased our last Lexus about 18 years ago from the same dealership and wanted to talk to someone about replacing our near-antique, but RELIABLE, RX330. Dan walked us thru the myriad of options that we had before us in a knowledgable, professional and patient manner. With his help, we “sketched out” a want list of colors and options on a new RXh.
