The best car shopping experience I've ever had in buying a car. No games with market adjustment factors and dealer add-ons post manufacturing. Rare in this current environment. Honesty was refreshing. Thank you Lexus of Naperville. We are very happy that we bought our car from Lexus Naperville. I went in for service of my RX 350 and at the end.
I went in for service of my RX 350 and at the end. I had a question regarding pairing my remote and received an awesome explanation learning a lot. He was very patient and explained in detail. I wish I had the owners email he awesome! Thank you so much!

He even searched for the car we want from other dealerships and he was able to deliver it beyond our expectations. He shadowed us to make sure we know how to operate the vehicle. He explained all the features and capabilities of the vehicle including remote start/lock/unlock through your mobile phone to operate and maintain it. We are very happy that we bought our car from Lexus Naperville even if we had to travel far. George was a consummate professional and handled my car purchase with ease and class. I never felt like I was dealing with a salesman, but someone who was still my advocate and was fair. Additionally, I'd say of all the Lexus dealerships, Lexus of Naperville was a really pleasant experience as well and I felt acknowledged and treated well. Highly recommend!

Have been coming to Lexus of Naperville for 22 years.
Have been coming to Lexus of Naperville for 22 years. Recently I made an appt for service and was told there would be a car for me to use while mine was being serviced. So I made additional appts for that day. When I arrived, on time, I was told I could not have the use of a car - because of a certain policy the company had. I let it be known I was NOT happy. Ben Curcio, in time, found a solution for the issue and I thank him for doing so.
