Contacted your dealership over a week ago about a vehicle and still have not gotten a response. Seems pretty apparent that you don’t want to sell a vehicle and and not customer oriented.

Planet Jeep has the best selection. Hunter my sales associate was very accommodating. He had the jeep i wanted to test drive ready and waiting for me when i arrived at the dealership. I would recommend planet jeep in a heart beat . I love my new jeep and when I need another one I’ll be back to planet jeep.

Great deal and service
I called and spoke to Harvey and he set it all up. My Jeep Wrangler was as promised ready and warm. Friendly staff and easy paperwork. Clean waiting area with social distance.

Harvey Rappaport is a dishonest and condescending xxxx. Arrogant and won't disclose requested information. Was trying to sell a used Jeep Wrangler for $10,000 above fair market value. I asked him to disclose why it was priced the way it was, and his response was "my inventory, my pricing. b-bye". Do not shop here. Stay far far away from this place. This man is living in the stone ages.

Hi John, my ego wasn't hurt at all. It's that condescending attitude you and your sales team have that led me to post this on every review site I could find. I even emailed your dealership to asking you to get in touch with me privately, and you never responded. You claimed I had not provided Harvey with similar alternatives to prove that you priced your vehicle $10k above fair market value, which is wrong. Harvey was provided with 3 different links to prove my point. It sounds like your ego was the one that was hurt by me posting my HONEST review of your dealership. Keep ripping off your customers. Please everyone shop elsewhere and make sure you are not being overcharged $10k above fair market value for your used cars. This place will rip you off.

Having not purchased a new car in 14 years Hunter eased any anxiety I had. Once the sale was complete, Hunter took time to walk me through the massive amount of technology in my new Dodge Challenger. The entire experience was quite enjoyable.
