Had a routine oil change and tire rotation. Took me right away and the wait was not long at all. Have always been pleased with the service department. They take good care of me and my vehicle

Superior service with a fair price on a new truck. Service people could not have been better and took the time to walk me through the purchase process and the trucks operation. Did not feel rushed even after I purchased the truck

My family and I always have a positive experience with...

My family and I always have a positive experience with Planet's service department. This was a routine visit or an oil change/tire rotate, but I also asked them to diagnose a radio issue I am having. Although it turns out my Ram needs a new radio, they ordered it promptly and advised me how long the install would be, so I can schedule it at my leisure.

Excellent professional service and sales staff. Customer service is always excellent and you are treated like family, the facilities are always clean and inviting. The service department is friendly and they have top notch technicians and they are efficient and service quality is also excellent.

New car experience

First time buyer at Planet greatest experience I have ever had at a car dealer and so fast no xxxxxxxx and gave me a Awesome Deal and off I went with my new car and the staff was Amazing Thank You A

Love getting my oil changed here!

The staff in the service department are always nice. They always have coupons for oil changes. They have a great waiting area with free Keurig coffee. Oil changes take very little time without an appointment. The reminder for next service was accurate for my driving habits. They recommend 4K miles or 6 months for my next change instead of the standard 3/3 everyone else gives. This shows they are about the customer and not the $.
