Great Service and Deal

Q was extremely helpful in executing our used car purchase. It was a smooth and simple process. Max initially helped with the test drive and was a great help. Overall had a great visit.

Long but great dealer

Got the vehicle we wanted but never like the process to buy a car it is so long and so complicated. Wish dealers could simplify the process and paperwork

Great service. Q is amazing!! The buying process went smoothly! Very satisfied! The customer service is great. I would recommend Liberty Plaza to my friends.

Great Experience!

Worked with Q and he did everything he could to get me the best deal. The facility is clean. Customer service was excellent. I am very satisfied with my experience!

ZERO stars for Liberty Kia ... DO NOT recommend this...

ZERO stars for Liberty Kia ... DO NOT recommend this place!!!! Not only was the saleswoman rude and condescending, she got an attitude every time I questioned anything. She had to leave the room about 30 times to "get an answer" to literally EVERYTHING I asked. Then most of the time, she didn't come back with an answer anyway. Their so called finance dept did nothing but try to rail me on financing and price, and I wasn't allowed to see any paperwork to take time to look over what the details were. They tried to lie about Kia's financing terms, as well as my interest rate. I ended up going elsewhere, got the SAME EXACT car, for far less price, a super low interest rate, and at a $60 PER MONTH LESS payment than what these people were trying to rail me with. The other dealership threw in a Kia rebate as well as the low interest rate terms (0.9%). The general manager of Liberty Kia definitely needs to re-train his staff in honesty and attitude on how to treat customers. This woman talked to us like we were unintelligent morons ... we obviously walked out. As we were walking out, we could hear her very loudly complaining about how we aren't going to do it now and how she wasted her time ... it echoed throughout the dealership it was so loud. Extremely unprofessional and dishonest dealership. I'll never go back and neither will my significant other ... who is a doctor btw ... who loves to buy cars ... bad move on your part. You should be careful how you treat people.

Good job

Q was great. Did an excellent job of making me feel comfortable throughout the sales process. Very accommodating and I enjoyed the process - considering that buying a car is a most hated job.

Straightforward place. Ask for Q.

Worked with Q, who didn’t BS and sped the process up - which was really nice. The dealership was under construction but it looks to be nearly complete.

Great prices and service!

Repaeat customer at Liberty and there are at 3 VW dealerships closer to our home. Liberty offered the best pricing for the 100 mile radius for which I conducted my search as was the case during our first purchase. Not only do they have the best pricing, our deals have been very straight forward and the team at the dealership is GREAT to work with. If you're on the market for a VW, visit Lucas H. in sales and Larry J. They will take care of you as will everyone working in the background. Financing was completed in minutes and our new car was spotless. Thank you Liberty Team!
